No one else was in line in front of or behind me and no customers were in the restaurant, yet I had to wait several minutes at the drive-thru. No one said anything so I said, "hello," and was told to wait. Another couple minutes later I was told I could place my order and then I drove to the front window, where I then presented my coupon. I've never been told and have never told the drive-thru attendant that I have a coupon when placing my order. So I went to pay and was told that I couldn't use the coupon because I didn't tell him ahead of time. The worker said he already ordered up the food and couldn't change it. I apologized and said I had never been told that, it's not stated on the coupon that I have to notify anyone ahead of time, and I've always been able to present it before payment at the window with no issue. The worker again stated he had already ordered up my food and when I asked if he could then cancel the order and re-order with the coupon, he said no and didn't even try to make anything right, so I just paid. He also didn't ask me what type of fries I wanted. When I got home, the majority of the fries were crumbs as if the bottom of the barrel was scraped for me. It seems like the place wasn't busy yet people still didn't want to do their jobs, and all throughout my pregnancy I've been craving Arby's and have loved coming here, but after today, with the service I received at 5 days past my due date, I won't. I threw out my coupons, too, since they're not...
Read moreI would go to this location at least 3 times a week.Lately it has become a major disappointment. It is slow just the other night I waited for 20 min and this is no exaggeration for a Jamoke a milkshake, which is my favorite a reason that I attended establishment. but lately the shake machine is always down during dinner service. manager was rude telling me That there is a high demand for shakes and they run out all the time. From someone who’s been working field service for over 10 years my managers and owners would come to me furious wondering why we could not keep in stock things that we have on the menu if you cannot keep things in stock take him off the menu.I truly hope that it gets better but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon I’ve been along-time customer and is now not going to be attending Your establishment anymore! I think I will enjoy Chick-fil-A as they have twice the volume in the drive-through and I think if you all had seen half the volume of their drive-through come through your drive-through your people would never be able to handle the level of service heck they can’t even handle the few cars that come up now it’s sad if I was the franchise owner I would do something about this and do something quickly!!!! Yours truly Brian P.S whom ever was on duty on 8/30/20 should take a course in customer service. She was very rude. shake machines...
Read moreThis location needs some corporate secret shoppers to come through or get the staff retrained all the way to the managers. I went inside this location, the assistant manager was working the front register. I said "Hello, this is to-go". Her reply : "Is this for here or to-go? How about turning off the robotic script and turn on your ears so the customers dont have to repeat themselves. Asked me what I would like and I handed over a coupon. She immediately says something like "Oh my God this is..." then walks away from the register and starts dropping fries. I'm standing there mouth open mid sentence, haven't even completed my order yet. After she returns to complete the transaction, I graciously accept my receipt and card saying "Thank you" & get no response. Hey I get it, you don't have to genuinely excited about being middle management of a fast food restaurant, but I was greeted by someone taking out the trash in the parking lot but not so much inside by the person who is supposed to be the trainer. The folks at the Battlefield Blvd location are much more consistent with their service. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because that "pesky" coupon yielded a lot of food...
