Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I purchased 4 pizzas and 1lb of wings and the wings were disgusting and the pizzas were horrible.I called back up to the store and the associate didn’t know how to compensate me or who was the manager first I went to Indian river rd and even though it was only 10 pm that location was closed while riding back to Norfolk all the way from the VA beach location I saw the associate opening the Indian river location. When I got home I called that location to see why they were closed and the associate informed me the the crew walked out and he was 45 minutes away and had come in to open store . I was so disappointed because Indian river rd wings n pizzas are always delicious.Over $70 gone to waste and I work as a chef so I’m definitely not eating this horrible food.Never again 🤬Associate should’ve been knowledgeable of who the managers are and when they are available because someone should have been able to fix this. I am real big on customer satisfaction as well as delicious food.I should have just purchased the ingredients and made my own pizza and I’m so annoyed and dissatisfied with this whole experience. They don’t even deserve the one star...

I have grown up eating Chanello's, it has always been the best. However, this establishment needs to pull it together . Every time we order, we only receive half of our order. Tonight we did our usual order, and paid for our extra sauces, etc. Surprise, we didnt receive all of our order. The delivery driver went back, as he said he had already gone back to another house three times tonight. Well upon his return he brought the wrong items . Were sick of this as its a usual occurrence. So, we called and spoke with the manager, who could have cared less to make it right, and had every excuse out there as to why it was screwed up. He even said "well i have 40 pizzas on my screen right now".... not my problem, fix your mistakes! He was rude and did nothing, and we still dont have the items we paid for! Do not go to this establishment, and i obviously will have to dispute the charges with my bank, since they like to take peoples money, and give them...

Update November 10th, 2018 My 2nd time ordering and this time I get plain wings when I ordered mild wings, and they look and smelled burned! I wont be ordering from them anymore. I'll find a better place to find a philly cheesesteak....gross...

My first time ordering from here and I was surprised by the quality. I ordered hot wings but instead got very sweet wings, they smelled like bbq and ketchup. idk if that's just how they do their sauces.... I'm new to the area and never heard of this pizza place before tonight. Im happy they deliver, that was nice to not deal with grubhub or the other delivery things. Im not sure if I'll order again. The philly cheese steak was ok. I felt like it was a little over seasoned and the bread was weird. It tasted ok, it was just tough to bite into. The pizza dough is soft and the sauce is sweet. I got the meat galore with onions, and I got what I asked for. All in all it was fine... not necessarily...
