Chanello's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Was staying at the Beach Quarters Resort for a few nights so me and my girlfriend ordered from this location one night we ordered really late around midnight. The night I ordered the employee that took our order said he was new and to bare with him which I understood but after waiting for almost 2 hours we still hadn't received our food. We had ordered the night before with no problems so I was very confused as to what was the problem tonight. I called and a guy picked up staying they where closed now and they had wrote down the incorrect room number ! They didn't try calling us to confirm the room number or even going to the front desk to ask what room we where in I honestly think they didn't try delivering the food at all because we ordered late and they where closing at 1am . So the guy we spoke with informed us that he would refund us our money and would also give us a credit for the amount of the order. The next day around 11am we call to place the same order and the guy we spoke with was VERY RUDE ! He informed us that we would have to either pay for our food or get nothing at all because there was no credit placed under our phone number . He also said we where lied to this was the shift manager we spoke with his name was MIKE very unprofessional and rude we had to end up calling cooperate. Ordered 3 pizzas totaling over $40 from kings Grant #12 location. Orders placed: 1 - Large sausage , green pepper & mushroom - Normal cook. 2 - Large pepperoni - Well Done cook.

Order received: All 3 pizzia were undercooked top layer of crust that meets sause was raw. Toppings were under cooked of course. Pretty nasty pizza , worst quilty I've experienced in over 30 years of chanello's eating.

Family members grabbed slices noticed the raw so I placed pizzas in oven @ 400deg for 12 min to get fully cooked & eat continued. I called store spoke to manger to let her know of quality issue & she told me i was mistaking no way pizzas were undercooked & no complaints had come in from previous orders. So basically , she played me as being lier. Very disappointing being i was consuming chanello's pizza before she was born lol.

Place is absolute garbage as far as customer service goes. Ordered food tonight and the guy who took my order forgot to add a 2 litre onto my ticket. The driver obviously didn't have it when he got here. No big deal. I wasn't charged so I was fine, however there were several items I had paid for missing as well. Called the store to let them know they hadn't given me all that I ordered and was immediately met with a smart ass attitude from whoever was answering phones. Refused to bring me what I ordered despite them still being open for an additional hour. So they basically stole my money. Word of advice, don't bother with this place.
