Virginia Beach Oceanfront Visitor Center — Attraction in Virginia Beach

The visitor center was a fantastic resource to stop at one our way in - tons of brochures, coupon books, clean bathrooms, and super knowledgeable staff. I don’t remember the woman’s name but she basically gave us a whole week of activities to do and restaurant recommendations - including the inside scoop that Wednesday was National Lighthouse Day and the only day of the year where we would be able to go inside both of the lighthouses on the nearby base. Lots of pamphlets and information, obviously, here at the Virginia Beach Visitor Information Center. The ladies here were very nice and helpful. My daughter actually lost a tooth for the first time here and one of the ladies went and got a tissue for us to put it in. She was great and so understanding. She outlined on a map areas that we were interested in going to or avoiding because of a crowd. Great...

Why in the world are you allowing people to sit on the boardwalk playing boom boxes an having children dance to raise money. You have gone from a fun high class beach to a getto beach. People will see what you are doing to make a dollar and will react. Good luck on your future but it doesn't look good.. If you have a family this may not be a great vacation...
