Horrible Service. Especially from Assistant Mgr "Lynn" - She acted so indignant and arrogant - "Is there anything else I can help you with?" in a fake and phony tone of voice. I did not expect this from this establishment - I expect that from McDs, Wendys or Taco Bell - but not Chick-fil-A. I worked all day till past 6pm, thought I would be nice and order dinner go home and watch my 2 favorite programs and eat dinner with my Mother - not tonight! My food was obviously under the heat lamp for such a length of time that it made the chicken hard and rubbery. Disgusting. Then I called to the other Lynnhaven store and they told me that their policy - due to criminals trying to cheat them - is to get your name and make you bring the food back right then and there. Like hell I am going to bring it back then and now!! What nerve!!! Then she goes on to tell me that customers are satisfied with just bringing back the food and getting a replacement or refund. They don't expect to be compensated for their inconvenience but we'll give you some coupons. Really? How about you pay for my time and my gas - that's 30 minutes at over $100 an hour and my gas for my SUV. Idiots!!! You have zero humility and professionalism to come at me with this ridiculous arrogant self absorbed attitude. And the GM Marcy cannot be bothered to call me this evening - no she will call me during working hours. They clearly DO NOT CARE about their customers and have shown tonight that they are as low class as anyone can be. I am very disappointed. I will go back and produce all 4 sandwiches and will get my refund and then I will NEVER go back there to this place. They are supposed to have a 15 minute rule on how long the sandwiches stay under the heat lamp. They do not follow their own procedures - all to make a quick buck at the expense of pissing off a few customers here and there. Makes me so mad that they have no better manners than that! They don't even deserve the 1-star rating. Avoid this location - they do not care about their...
Read moreI'd never tried Chick-fil-A before coming to the East Coast a year ago, and lots of people were incredulous at this revelation, exclaiming that I have to go because it's amazing. It's fast food: nothing special. If you have to choose between Chick-fil-A and a mystery eatery, at least you know it'll be clean and the food ok. That's about the highest praise I can give though. They're always annoyingly crowded for some reason. Perhaps a combination of clever marketing, artificial scarcity, loyalty, and nostalgia. It certainly isn't the...
