I have princess feet that are flat arched, very picky. Arden sold me shoes after 4 try ons. Until I returned the shoes I gave them 4 stars. Made me feel like a criminal for returning unused shoes. I had receipt, same credit card to return them on, and he made me give my Driver's License info to put into their system for the return. I will never buy shoes again from a company that treats people like crooks for returning unused shoes the very next day. I have returned things from other places and the only thing I had to have was a receipt and the credit card I used. Growing up locally I've always loved and came to this store location over the other ones. Now I have a reason to love them even more. Yesterday my husband and I went to this location to get him a new pair of vans. I forgot to mention that we are new parents to a 9 month old boy, who lost his beanie in the store. I was very upset about losing it and called immediately this morning to check to see if they had found it..and they did! I'm so grateful because that beanie had a lot of sentimental value being it was his first beanie he wore to play in the snow. I know this may not seem like a big deal to others but it meant everything to us....

Went in yesterday with my Mom to purchase new shoes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Travis. When looking for a specific pair of shoes Travis was very helpful finding what I was looking for and even providing information on which shoes would be more beneficial to me! When they didn't have the pair of shoes that I picked out Travis took the initiative and found a beautiful alternative pair in my size.
