Was staying at an oceanfront hotel for the patriotic festival this past weekend. We got in later than we wanted so we called in pizza to this pizza hut right? Simple, easy orders.... 1 big box meal with garlic parmesan wings, 1 pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom pizza.... 1 ham, green pepper, mushroom pizza. We get it an hour later and they are both pepperoni! How stupid do you have to be? I call the store back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes, I hang up call back and they want to put me on hold again, I tell them no and that my order is messed up. They tell me it will be an hour and a half before they can bring me the correct pizza because they are so busy, I tell them that is not acceptable and I begin to hear Eli (the manager) screaming at me "IT GON' BE HOUR AND HALF BEFOR' WE EVEN TRY TO COME TO YOU". Ummmm, I already paid. I should be at the top of your list. But hey, whatever, they were going to correct it so I said bring it on. 2 hours go by and nothing. Next thing I know we are getting a call from the store telling us that the roads were closed and they aren't bringing the pizza. Not true. My cousins got through to the hotel just fine and I even asked them if the roads were closed and they weren't. We then call the next day bc at this point they place closes for the night and we get a guy named Josh and he proceeds to tell us that we are getting a full refund, the whole ticket had been voided. 2 days later I check my bank account and it's still on there, no refund had come through to my knowledge. We call back and the manager tells us that they aren't allowed to give us full refunds unless the whole order comes back to the place, mind you we tried to get them to do that and they wouldn't. So the manager tells me they only thing they can do is give us a $10 refund. That's pathetic. Our order was wrong, went through the proper lanes to try to get a new pizza and have dealt with this for 6 days now!! Read moreI stopped by this pizza hut while on travel in the area. I originally ordered a double order of Cheese sticks (which I order regularly in my local area) and found out at this location they just ring up a single order twice which cost double. The local Pizza huts in my area have an actual double order of cheese sticks to select which is just under $10. Ringing up a single order twice is $15. I have seen some local Pizza huts in my area where maybe the employee taking the order is not familiar with it. Respectfully I ask them if they can check with the manager or someone else they may know and with no problem they're able to ring it up. At this location they were quick to say they don't have that option and it has to be done online. I asked if they could check with a manager and they said the same but for some reason I don't believe it was really the manager. Unfortunately Pizza Hut as a company are failing their customers by having multiple items on their menu show up different prices because some employees or some stores aren't able to find the item and ring it up the only way they're aware of. I mean I'm sure pizza hut is doing great unnecessarily over charging customers for menu items. It's actually not available online as an option either. The double order cheese sticks are a menu items available in the store.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars that’s exactly what I would do. We ordered dinner box, both pizzas were missing toppings which we ordered. The toppings and sauces are not spread evenly on the crust so mostly it’s just the crust and a little bit of sauce on the middle! When we called the store to see if we can bring this back for an exchange ( even though this was a delivery order) They hung up on us next call they didn’t answer and one time they put us on hold and never pick it up then finally someone answered after we called 6 times and we got to talk to supervisor Jennifer. She said she made that order and “it looked fine”!!! That’s a supervisor! All in all, she agreed to refund us! Which I’m not sure if will see that money back because she said it will take 7-10 business days, but this pizza went straight to garbage. Ordered form somewhere else!
