I had no problems with them til last night....i placed an order and it was late ......delivery driver and employees at the store said he banged on the door and called my number which said went to voicemail so he brought the order back ......i called them up and asked where it was then an employee said the delivery driver had to bring it back because apparently noone was home which was a lie .... I said is it going to be cold when he comes back because i dont want it cold .. .that same employee replied how is it going to be cold when hes coming back in 5 mins with an attitude so i said yeah um ok .....he replied saying yeah so its not our fault getting an attitude ......then we talked to delivery driver he said he called number and banged on door stuck to his story ......we told him the people on the phone at sals were rude
So i called the next morning to the manager told him what happened he told me that actually the delivery driver called the wrong number so basically everyone last night LIED but he still said he banged on door .......and to top it all off after i was complaining about his employees & he wasnt letting me get a word in he asked so whats the problem now ? Wow !!!!! So i told him well i got charged an extra dollar for cheese on fries and never got any . ...so his remedy for that was oh next time u order we won't charge u for the cheese ....so i told him wow so your not going to reimburse me or do anything now ?!!!!! Well im not ordering from you and hung up
Do not order from this location people there are rude and they lie......they dont want to give any compensation when something is wrong with order ......another customer lost and won't...
Read moreWe've been ordering Sals pizza every Friday for 4 years!! It's been great, but tonight we were completely turned off and will not be ordering from them again. We ordered our pizza as usual, but when it arrived the cheese had completely slid off the pizza! We called and asked for a replacement, initially they were very accomodating and said they would send out another pizza. An hour later, an hour and a half after we originally ordered, we called to find out where the second pizza was and they said it was on the way. We then asked that our pizza be provided free of charge as the first pizza was literally inedible and by this time it was 9pm. The manager offered a 50% discount. Okay, at least it was something for the inconvenience. Another 20 min later the replacement pizza arrived...and the driver asked for the initial inedible pizza to take back as proof. WHAT??!! What kind of business does that?! Trust your loyal customers man!! What an insult, we were literally in shock and completely offended. Will not order again.
Updated 08/24/2018 While we do appreciate your apology, when we initially called about the first inedible pizza we were told that we would be given a 15% discount AND sent a new pizza. I left this out of the original review. As of today we still have not be credited that 15%. Yet another let down and poor customer...
Read moreWe ordered online and was told that our order would be 55mins which is a long time but we thought it was Saturday night and they would be busy, 1 hour and 50 mins later we received our order - there was noapology for the late delivery and the delivery man couldn't find our house and then wanted to hand me the order over the fence instead of coming in. Which I thought was ridiculous. The food was cold, and horrible and we didn't eat hardly any of it. It was not appetising a. The chicken was dry, the garlic knots hard and dry with hardly any garlic butter, the bacon and geese fries had lots of fat on them p, the bacon hardly cooked and the cheese was cold and hard. I complained that night and I did not receive any apology for the late delivery or quality of the food. Customer satisfaction is clearly not high in thier lost of priorities and we will NOT be ordering from this place again. I am not impressed at not receiving any compensation for this order and feel very ripped off by...
