So sonic on va beach Blvd by Krispy kreme do not know how to fill an order. Ok. Maybe the order was a little big. 2 combos, 2 kids meals, 2 Jr delux cheeseburgers, 1 corndog. Everything was there except the corndog, which was what my 8 year old daughter really wanted. I call and spoke to a gentleman on the phone who took my name and said for me to come back up there for the missing corndog. I get there and R.C. asks for my receipt he goes down the list and sees there is a corndog on the order and says it will be a minute. As I'm waiting I'm on the phone with a friend trying to meet up. I say well give me a min becaise I dont know how long it's gonna take them to cook the corndog they forgot. Well R.C overheard this conversation, and I guess he decided he didn't like my tone or topic; he walked back inside came out with my receipt and said "he personally bagged my order and he knows he put the corndog in there". If that's the case... Why have me return to the store? Why study the receipt and say for me to hold on while it is prepared? It was clearly a lie. So my meals and extras came to 31.14$. DO u seriously think I'm gonna lie about 1 corndog that costs 1.59 before tax??? I said some choice words as I left. I know for a fact he was bold face lying to me and it infuriated me so bad that my hands are still shaking and we ordered our food at 638 p.m. on 1/4/19(according to the receipt that R.C. kept). Screw that sonic and I will be calling a manager tomorrow to see about a full refund as my combo and sides are now cold! My family had finished eating by the time I got home. So I didnt get to enjoy their company over dinner as planned. And my mood is so salty right now I don't want to spoil their fun watching a movie.. Really they think they should make 15$ an hour... Show me some 15$ an hour work ethic, show me some 15$ an hour customer service, ok I got a little off topic. Just do the job your paid to do. Mistakes happen, I get that. I was understanding until R.C. LIED TO MY FACE. Before he lied about my order I was polite and appreciative. I will not buy from any Sonic restaurant again.

Read moreAt approximately 6pm on Thursday 11/12/20, I had the worst experience at my neighborhood Sonic -- on Virginia Beach Blvd next to Krispy Kreme.
A red-haired Caucasian woman worker order taker took my order. Never said "welcome" or "sir" or exhibiting anything close to courtesy -- even after I swiped my credit card. She told me to drive to the end of their outdoor eating area.
There was one car parked on one side, one car parked on the other side and two cars behind me. The two cars behind me were Caucasian customers. When the other younger red-haired Caucasian woman came out, she handed the two cars behind me their orders (BOTH WERE AFTER MY ORDER/MINE WAS FIRST), and they drove off. I must've waited a good 15-20 minutes.
And they weren't even that busy.
I had to walk down and knock on the door 3 times. Finally, the younger red-haired Caucasian woman worker handed me the bag without saying anything. I had to ask, "Is this our order." And she just said "yeah." That was it. No "I'm sorry for the delay." No "I apologize for the wait, sir." No "Thank you for your business, sir."
When I checked inside my bag, the sauces I requested for our popcorn chicken order was not present. I had to knock on the door again. Again, three times before a young African-American male worker wearing a Sonic hat answered and finally, I received courtesy.
He said, "How can I help you sir?" I asked for our sauces and he said, "I got you, sir." When he returned, he apologized and told me to have a good night. He was by the ice cream machine and wasn't even the one assigned to help me yet he was the one that exhibited the most courtesy and professionalism. He's the only reason Sonic on Virginia Beach Blvd in the Aragona Village area gets a star.
I've been going to this Sonic for over 10 years, and this is the WORST customer service experience I've ever had there.
I was so extremely disappointed. Is that how they train...
Read moreWaited 30 minutes for our food and drinks that I had ordered on the app. I waited 20 minutes but after seeing cars who came after me get their food, I pushed the button to ask how much longer and the dude responded sarcastically saying he knows we had been waiting that they wanted everything to come out together. Fast-forward another 5 minutes and this girl named Taylor? brought out a bag, asked if we had ordered the items she had, and I told her yes and 3 drinks; she only had food so she said that she would go get them. I touched the food and asked how long they had been sitting there because they were cold. She responsed sarcastically saying that "as you can see" they are extremely busy and I said I understood that but that I had waited 25 minutes for our order and it was cold. She started getting an attitude with me, I interrupted and asked how I could get a refund and she told me to go through the app. I told her to just get the drinks and I would use the app. She got an attitude and shook her head, then held a finger out and walked inside. She brought the drinks out then said sarcastically "Have a nice day." I understand restaurants get busy but there is no excuse for a fast food restaurant to take 30 minutes to bring an order out; cold food is not excusable and rudeness and sarcasm is DEFINITELY NOT okay. I have given this location SOOO many chances but this was the last straw. If you're local to Virginia Beach, go to the Sonic on Nimmo Parkway; we have never had an issue with them and they are very polite and have excellent customer...
