Called in on a Friday night around 7 p.m. around 8:15 p.m. still no delivery called back and ask about my order after about 10 minutes of holding and the person asking me multiple questions she came back on and said that for some reason the order must have never printed. So two and a half hours later after the original call no discount offered no apology no anything other than oh well the ticket didn't print. The fries were soggy and one of the the gyro was made incorrectly, no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Completely disatisfied Then after 30 minutes another delivery driver shows up with another order,smh I inform him we got our order 30 minutes ago. He don't believe me asks me to show receipt. I show him the receipt and he says oh OK and leaves. Didn't offer the food or nothing. We order from here 2 or 3 times a week but after this were good.

Updated the female General manager reached out to us via phone and listened to our concerns. She checked the system and realize that we order frequently from this location. She offered us a free meal plus a $10 coupon on to the next order. We contacted her about 3 days after her contacting us and she kept her word and even personally delivered our food. She apologized once again. This shows a lot of respect and went a long way. Out of 75 times that we have ordered here we have only had one issue and hope that they continue to focus on quality food and great...

Wow, they just lost a loyal customer. I will never order from here again. First, beware the "loyalty" points. Apparently they now have a 14 day expiration, which is fine now that I know, BUT when I called in today and spoke to Sarah she said she would honor the $10 off coupon I had earned through the program. Great I said as she told me to call back when i was ready to order that evening and tell them her name to get my $10 off. Guess what, didn't happen. I explained everything to 2 people and instead the manager tells me he is going to make it fair for "everyone" since he sees I have used a lot of coupons in the past. he will give me $5 off instead. He ignored my comment that 14 days was TODAY not yesterday. That's right, my last order was Feb 16, 18.......today is March 2, 18. Look at a calendar, that is 14 days. They are saying March 1 is 14 days...sorry this is not a leap year. Simple math.

They ignore their own mistake which makes one wonder is it false adverting or bait and switch. Honor your own program, that is why I payed full price last time was to get the rest of the points I needed.

I am sure they will rebut with an I am sorry comment. Guess what, that does not fix the problem especially when I mentioned to you that your expiration...

I've worked food service for over 20 years, and I have very mixed feelings about this place. I've only gotten delivery so I can't comment on the building or service, but I can give some insight on the food. Some days, it's fantastic. The ingredients look and taste fresh, the quality and presentation is excellent. Then, there are other days where it looks as if the product was left out all day and the food was lazily thrown together. There's almost no consistency in regards to the ingredients on the pizzas. Either they are generous with the toppings, or you get what looks like a cheese pizza with a few stray pieces of other toppings. Several times, I paid for lamb meat on my Greek pizza only to receive 5 small pieces of chopped lamb that looked thrown on like an afterthought. The drivers are always nice, and I've never had a problem except once. My tab was $33 and that included a $4 tip, but the driver walked away after I handed him $40 and gave me a weird look when I called him back to get my change.

I enjoy the food enough that I'll continue to order from them, but they're more of a 'last resort' when my family and I are tired of...
