This was the third visit in as many months and all three times we were missing items or received the wrong items. This is ridiculous. At a time when you have to work longer/harder than ever to make ends meet and you make the choice to spend your money at a particular restaurant and don't even get what you pay for, it's pretty frustrating! I never call headquarters of a company but this time I was fed up. Then, they think offering you a $5 coupon for next time is going to make you jump for joy. Hey, Taco Bell...you neglected to give me items that I paid for and gave us items twice incorrectly that no one would eat. I ordered a Cantina Chicken Bowl and had not a single piece of chicken anywhere. I guess they forgot it. It had two scoops of rice but NO CHICKEN! On one visit we received an item with ingredients that we specifically asked to NOT have on it (allergies), so in the trash it went. All of that was more than $5 out of my pocket
So, thanks but REALLY!??

Read moreThey had a person taking orders and one (1) person (who was new) making food. I ordered on the app at home and went through drive thru to pick up. Line was to the street (and of course, you can't go inside) finally made it to the speaker and was told it would be 20 minutes before they could even start to make my order because only one person was making food. They were taking orders and parking people to just wait for their food. The person in front of me didn't order (they didn't want to wait, like many others) but the person in front of them did, so we're stuck in line, because those people apparently were friends with the people working, because they were taking through the window to the employees and laughing. So the car in front of me and myself had to, eventually, drive over the curb and on the grass to get around the car that was just hanging out (probably causing the 20 minute wait)

Read moreTaci Bell at Kempsriver Crossing on Wednesday, November 29th: I ordered my lunch at the self-service kiosk at 11:40 a.m., and I was the only person in the store waiting on an order. Another person came in and placed their order. Their order was called, and I still had not received mine. I went to the counter, and one of the 4 people who were working asked me what I needed. I told them that I was still waiting on my order. I told them the time my order was placed and she had to search for my order. She found it and said, "Oh, I see it." NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY or anything. When my order was ready, they handed it to me and still didn't apologize or anything. I waited over 15 minutes for a $5 combo meal. I was extremely unhappy with the service.
There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store was clean, there weren't any dirty tables.
