A tall bald lightskin manager took my order , THE FIRST THING I TOLD HIM WAS A SMALL CHILLI, & when i told him 4 biggie bags he made a face, and starting getting upset, but right when i said i want all the small fries to be baconator fries . he got so rude and disrespectful , rolling his eyes and everything. like a little kid that dosen’t want to clean his mf room. HE DIDNT EVEN ASK WHAT MY DRINK OR SAUCE WAS. so i had to tell him myself i wanted strawberry lemonade and bbq sause. he was a difficult guy to work with theough my order even through transactions. discustingggggg!!!! I used to work at this location so he was talking to this lady that was waiting to order about his “boss” and he was suppose to leave an hour ago , but since hes the manager he had to stay. Read moreFound myself at the truck stop behind Wendy’s for the weekend. Ordered food from the app because the inside was closed. Like most places that are closed inside and being a trucker my hours are never accommodating to normal business hours most of the time. I lusually head to the drive through to receive my order and in most circumstances they will meet me at the door next to the drive through and hand me my order. But the particular location did neither and was very unprofessional, rude, and failed to explain why they couldn't hand me an order that was already paid for. Also there are no signs or any wording that states they don't accept orders form an app without a car. The manager or supervisor was even more unprofessional by closing door in my face and locking it all while saying we don't serve walk ups. I explained to the individual that I drive a semi truck ordered through the App and just need to be handed my order like they would do if I was In a car and how can I drive my truck through here is not as though they make a drive through big enough for a semi trucks. Read moreCompletely Chaotic. There was Homeless ppl at the window of the drive thru ordering food holding up cars and the drive thru line was wayyyyy too long. Once I got the chance to place my order and pulled to the first window to pay, the lady who took my order didn't even remember my order. When I began to ask if she had anything on screen to avoid double ordering she gave me attitude and said "I just need to know what you ordered, you think anything is on screen???"... I kindly told her I'm going to go elsewhere to eat and I wish her happiness in the stressful job she must work. The only reason I'm giving this store 1 star is because of the attitude and unprofessional service I was received from the workers when the pressure was heavy on them.
