If someone came up to me and asked me to describe this establishment when it comes to their service in two words, they would be utterly ridiculous. I usually enjoy this place very much but when I came in today expecting a normal, semi-decent service. My expectations were more wrong than what I ever could imagine. I entered with someone else and waited for the person in front of me, walked up, and we placed an order. We got our drinks and then waited. We had a total of 10 items on our order, so we expected it to take a while. After about 7 minutes we get our things and we leave. We got to our car and checked the bag, just to make sure everything was in there. The fries were terribly placed in the bag, half of the fries were at the BOTTOM of the bag. Ridiculous. We see that a chicken sandwich is missing, no big deal. I went back inside and got my sandwich, we then pulled off and made it back home. We emptied the bags on the counter to check again. Turns out they forgot two combos. HOW DO YOU FORGET OVER HALF OF THE ITEMS AND THEN TRY TO COVER THE FACT UP BY PUTTING AN UNNECESSARY AMOUNT OF NAPKINS IN THE BAG??? TRASHY EMPLOYEES LEAD TO TRASHY SERVICE!! Needless to say, we have left a bad review with the survey, and this service has left a bad opinion on this place in our eyes. Wasted $34.61 on half of the stuff we didn't receive. Also, the chicken sandwich was cold. So I now I know our food isn't freshly cooked when we order. At least the fries were hot, the curly fries never disappoint. Overall the service we received was terrible, I hope in any future occurrence if we do return, we will be greeted and served excellently. If there is another trashy service like this again, I will leave a more in depth review because I got time today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year anytime. Really should've just closed down completely instead of remodeling. It's not like you get a good amount of customers at this point anyway. Trash service, trash employees, trash...
Read moreThis Arby's has been recently renovated. I stopped in because I really wanted a decent chicken sandwich. I don't like McDonald's latest chicken, it tastes like pickles.. Anyways, back to Arby's.. I got a chicken bacon swiss combo with curly fries, drink, and then a small chocolate shake to have on the rest of my drive home. The sandwich was cold even though I just got it and immediately sat down to eat. The swiss wasn't even remotely melted, in fact it was super cold like it had just been pulled out of the fridge and the bacon pieces were cold, broken into small strips and a bit burnt. All this aside I still ate it because when I was waiting for my food I saw 2 other individuals return sandwiches from their orders and the manager looked quite frazzled. I think the bacon used on my sandwich was for salads not cooked to order while my chicken should have been cooking.. but since that was cold too I assumed they pulled it out of a warming tray that had been opened too many times to actually keep the food warm. The fries were good as was the shake. Both were super fresh the fries had just come out of the fryer and the shake was made to order. The place was packed, the drive thru was around the building which is why I went in. I think they were frazzled by the amount of people they had. Not that it's an acceptable excuse but I've never seen this location that busy before.. So, I'll go back and give them another chance before writing this location off completely. Try and go when they aren't slammed and hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did...
Read moreGreat atmosphere and service. Good food. Only issue was when I asked if the chicken rotisserie meal was $5 off. The response was "if you have a coupon". I said, "There is a sign", but got no response, so I stepped outside to text my husband. Good thing he didn't want that deal for dinner, because I did not feel like arguing the point that right there in front of me there was a HUGE sign on the outside window that read "$5 off Chicken Rotisserie Meal." I walked back in and ordered. I waited a bit, as is standard at Arby's, with my buzzer. When it went off I went to get my take-out order, but no one was at the counter and it was on a tray. I waited to catch the drive-thru attendant and asked if I could get my order to go. As I stood there I saw a HUGE stack of flyers that had $5 OFF coupons for the ROTISSERIE MEAL, which they were stuffing in each drive-thru order bag. I said "THAT'S WHERE YOU GET ThE COUPONS! THERE'S A SIGN OUT FRONT THAT SAYS $5 OFF." She put one in my bag and said, "Yeah, they won't let us give it to you unless you have a coupon." I said "They need to change the sign then." False advertising AND no help when you ask about the offer. All the employee had to do when I first arrived was say, "Oh, there's a sign? Here let me offer you this coupon (RIGHT OVER HERE IN THIS HUGE PILE) and we'll take care of that for you." Instead she lost a sale because her boss said not to give the discount without a coupon, which was not mentioned in the HUGE ADVERTISEMENT OUT FRONT and WHICH THEY WERE HANDING OUT A COUPLE...
