Wow! That an unprofessionally run restaurant! How can customers trust the food quality, safety, when a restaurant is run by a bunch of uneducated clowns! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. When I asked an employee, Alie, if they had a specific menu item, he rudely yelled at me: โNo! No! No! No! No! The answer is no!โ Shocked by his behavior, I asked him if this was how he was trained to speak to customers, and he responded by yelling, โMy manager told me to say this.โ
Seeking to address the issue, I approached the manager, Sarah, to express my concerns about the employeeโs unprofessional behavior. Instead of listening or addressing the problem, she completely ignored my customer service m concerns. When I asked for her managerโs contact information to escalate the issue, she became aggressive, approaching me with an extremely threatening manner, screamed at me to โget out of the store, out, out, out, out!โ
The situation escalated further when Sarah refused to provide her managerโs name or contact information, even after the police arrived and calmly requested it. Instead, she insisted that customers can only fill out surveys for feedback. It was another employeeโnot Sarahโwho eventually provided the name of the store manager.

I have visited this particular location several times with the hope of seeing improvement. Unfortunately, each time I am sorely disappointed. I am unsure if utilizing it's drive through option is the reason. On my last visit, I had completed my order online, had the code and the total amount due. When I informed the individual of my Burger King app order, the code was requested which I provided. I was informed there was no food items but only my name. Recognizing there was line behind me, I attempted to give my order and just order and pay separate from the app. As opposed to assisting me, the employee continued to ask for the code, repeat the same message and not get past the issue. I tried to place the order until I finally just said I'd go elsewhere. As I shared, I faced a person who could chose not to assist me, would not fulfill my order, and just can't get a positive work ethic. I have no doubt that anyone affiliated with the company might immediately use the reason of being short staffed due to Covid as the reason. ย ย ย Read moreVery very unclean. The restrooms where disgusting, there was a large puddle of urine that was about half dried up going across the floor. The kids area was filthy, there was black dirt caked on the padded poles, there was dust piled up in the corners, there where ants and flies crawling on the walls and filing thru the air. The baby set looked as if it would start to mold in a day or two. As a customer, I think if the part I can see are this dirty what does the kitchen look like that I can not? What make it all better is that I told the manger, or the person claiming to be the manger(no name tags and a few not even in BK uniform), she turned and told someone in the kitchen to go clean the bathroom and then went back to work. Not a care in the world that the restaurant she was in charge of was at a third world country level of cleanliness. This make it even better, 10 minutes later the restroom still had the same large puddle of urine but at least it was dried up a little more. My food was mushy and I felt like I had to puke for about 2 hours...
