WHERE DO I START!? I'm a local dasher I pick up from this store just about everyday. I knew it was a bad store but I always showed kindness, and respect when I had to pick up orders from this location. Outside of work I WOULD NEVER step foot into this place I've seen far to much. And, I've always said that even if the foods horrible at any restaurant great customer service might help in keeping people coming back to try other things on the menu. I went in today to pick up a order place is closed on the inside nothing unusual about that pretty normal. As I looked through the window I saw my order sitting there so knocked on the door to see if someone could pass it to me. Most places will open their doors just to pass a order to a delivery driver NOT THIS PLACE. So, I got into the drive through line the manger that's there right now says pull up to the second window which I did. Once I'm at the window around about 3 people look into my car right at me and continue to move about. Finally, someone comes to the window after waiting for some time to ask me what was wrong? I'm not sure what's going on in this place but PEOPLE NEED JESUS FOR REAL! One woman realizes she knows me from always dropping her off at home when I see her in passing just out of the goodness of my heart but NEVER again! This place needs to get shut down or need to bring in NEW PEOPLE including management. People spend way too much money in these places to be treated like trash. And, I never thought I would be leaving a lengthy review like this but I knew it had to be done. You treat people with respect or risk losing customers and the word has already spread about this location and I'm not even shocked about these reviews. First let me start off by saying many years ago I was a shift supervisor at another BK and I know what professionalism and customer service is supposed to be at BK. I had stopped going to that particular BK because of the poor customer service and always running out of food and drinks etc but today my son really wanted BK so I made this exception . Upon arriving at the drive through I was rushed to make my order. After making the order and going to the first window to pay the employee never said one word to me not even giving me the total. I said please thank you and told her to have a good day. Her face was frowned the entire time. The second window again no words even though I was polite and spoke kindness. When I asked for barbecue sauce I said thank you so much and she did not say you’re welcome. Her face was frowned also. I then called to speak to the store manager. He was polite at first but then when I started to tell him about verge lack of customer service and that as the manager he is responsible for his employees he hung up the phone on me. As the manager he was worse than his employees which is unacceptable! I called back and the assistant manager was perfect and more that professional. He apologized for the manager and the employees and promised me he would address the employees and he had the district manager to call me. The district manager was also very professional and said he would reprimand the manager and he would be heading to that store to make some changes and he apologized. Read moreI placed an online order to pick up at this Burger King location in July 2025. We planned to eat there, because they have a children's play area. As soon as we walked through the door, it was instantly an uncomfortable environment. One of the employees was very frustrated and loudly complaining to his co-workers and cussing. Not a good first impression at all, extremely unprofessional. I hurried to the play area with the kids to get them out of that unpleasantness. But the play area apparently has no air conditioning, because it was extremely hot in there, so we left that room and went back into the dining area. The worker who had been cussing as we entered kept complaining to his co-workers about there not being a manager and encouraged a call to OSHA. Another guy, a customer, had come up and asked the worker if he could please cut out the bad language in front of his wife and daughter. The worker proceeded to cuss him. The customer said to cancel the order and the worker said he didn't care and would give him the food for free if he wanted, but the customer didn't want anything from such a disrespectful place. That worker seemed to keep giving food away to different people. He also asked for and received a cigarette from one of the other workers as well, again unprofessional. Some of the other employees there seemed to be exhausted and annoyed by his attitude and behavior. I think they were all overworked and stressed.
