I traveled from Newport News to try this store out because the stores in Va. Beach and Newport News were not very helpful to me.I have very thinning hair and it was time to transition to an every day wig. As a last resort I went here to give them a try. I am so glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. They were very polite and answered all my question ( believe me there were many) I did finally make a purchase and I am very satisfied and I feel great in my new hair!! Thank you so much . Recently i was trying to make a purchase at this store. I had showed up here on sunday and found out that the store was closed then i NOTICED that you CLOSE at 8 during the week. I saw the same thing on your website as well. However when i called i became angry because i was told 6 instead of 8. Well you will need to CHANGE both whats on the DOOR and your website. You all had me getting off my job for WHAT ?? absolutly nothing. If the hours are kept the same on the door and the website then they should be STUCK by instead of lying or false...

This was my first time going to this location. Everyone that works there was really nice and supportive. I found what I was looking for in a matter of mins and was off to my next adventure. I am in love with what I brought and will be back in this establishment on Friday. I do recommend this store if you are looking for a excellent result.
