I would just like to say that I had a terrible experience at this location at midnight tonight (8/18) while completing a DoorDash order. When I arrived at the location, I noticed that the lobby was closed and that the order needed to be picked up through the drive-through window. When I went through the drive-through, I waited for some time and no one responded to me speaking to the speaker or the honking of my truck horn. At this point, I had wasted six or seven minutes, I pulled around to the drive-through window and honked my horn again, but no one came to the window. I had been knocking on the drive-through window and then I slid it open slightly just to alert someone that I was at the window. The āassistant managerā with pink and blue hair and a multitude of facial piercing was extremely extremely extremely rude! She stated āwe cannot have you doing that!ā I tried to explain to her that I made multiple attempts to inform them I was at the location to complete the DoorDash order, but she continued stating that I was not permitted to open the window (trust me - I did not want to do that!) and that it was a safety hazard. My husband is an assistant manager at a restaurant and he informed her that the drive-through window is supposed to be locked at all times and she stated that she knew that, but she was right there by the door, which she was not as she did not hear me knocking. Further, she stated that she did not hear me at the drive-through and I explained to her that I was there at the drive-through and she stated that she nor the other young lady had their headsets on (so she lied). Needless to say, I felt sorry for the person that I was delivering to as they had to wait longer for their order due to poor negligence and I would never eat at this establishment especially if a āmanagerā is behaving in that manner. Very unprofessional and very rude! Do better please, Taco Bell! Two thumbs down- the managerial staff needs a lot more training. So sad.

It is both unreasonable and unacceptable that customers are forced to purchase a soda cup or bottled water simply to quench their thirst. Water is a basic human necessity, not a luxury item to be monetized. The refusal to provide a complimentary cup of tap waterāespecially when dining ināis not only poor customer service, but also reflects a troubling disregard for hospitality and public health.
Fast food establishments across the country routinely offer free water to patrons, recognizing that hydration should not be contingent on a sale. Taco Bellās decision to deviate from this norm feels petty, profit-driven, and frankly beneath the standards I expect from a national brand.
I urge you to reconsider this policy immediately. A simple cup of water should not be a point of contention between a customer and a cashier. If Taco Bell values its customers, it should demonstrate that by offering basic amenities without nickel-and-diming those who walk through its doors.
Until this issue is addressed, I will be taking my business elsewhereāand encouraging others to do the same.

2-How can you have people working the front - taking the orders and they NOT KNOW what they are selling. Come on ... really ... I wanted to know the differences since I do NOT frequent these establishments... gal at counter just looked at me ... like I was the ONE ASKING A DUMB QUESTION ... since she didn't have an answer for it..... yeah, I know it's a body to fill a spot ... but come on what's with the Mgr and training ??
Unfortunately, it will do well only because of where it is located, but it's terribly small and crowded inside and with unknowledgeable people running it ... sad !
It gets 2 stars only because I did get the food order correct...
