I am writing this because never in my time going to Chick-fil-A have I ever been so disappointed. First of all when we went in there tonight there was a young boy at the register and about 5 other people working, none of which greeted us in any way. We stood in line and it was not busy AT ALL which was a plus (that being the only plus in our experience), but even when approaching the counter the boy never smiled or acting even remotely interested in his job. We walked up and he said “I can take you”, very short and very low so we could barely him him. It seemed as though he had attitude. I asked for 2 LARGE number 1s with sweet teas (Chick-fil-A sandwich meals) and before I even finished my order he had walked away and started making the teas. Then he came back over and never made eye contact or asked if I would like anything else. I then proceeded to tell him that I would also like a nuggets kids meal and asked if they came in like 4 or 6 count. Rather than answering my question he reached over to the other side of the counter pointed to a menu and said “kids meals are right there”, very rude sounding like I wasn’t supposed to be asking for his help. So I then said “I’d like to get the 6 count Chick-fil-A nuggets kids meal with a sweet tea” and he walked away once again and started talking to the manager about how they were out of sweet tea and other things. The manager said he would refill it and then bring it to the table. He finally walked back over to the register and finished putting everything on the bill and then said “$18.01”. Didn’t repeat my order or ask if that was all or anything that I’m always asked at every other location I have been to. He was very very rude and seemed like he didn’t even want to be working his job. I was about to ask to get honey roasted barbecue sauce and he just walked away again. We waited a few seconds and he didn’t walk back up until we finally went and sat down. We got to the table and the manager walked the tray over with the two chicken sandwiches, 2 regular fries on it and not the large that we had ordered and paid for, and the kids meal without the kids tea. So we asked about the tea and then was told by the manager that he would bring it over to the table. He never returned with the tea to say the least. So then my boyfriend went to the counter to get sauces since I was not asked about them or given an opportunity to ask for them and informed them that we did not get the large fries that we paid for. Apparently they got attitude with him because he asked about it but gave us the large fry and said the other would be ready in 30 seconds. We waited another few minutes and the young boy that was at the register brought the other fry over. My boyfriend made a comment to him saying “I have to say y’alls service here sure isn’t good” because he was aggravated with the rudeness and lack of customer service. The boy said “sorry” in a very smart ass and rude tone and had not a care in the world how his customers felt. Needless to say I am very disappointed at the lack of respect and customer service at this Chick-fil-A. And as I was watching the other customers go up to the counter it did not get any better. I don’t know if it’s under new management now or what the deal is but it is ridiculous how much it has changed. It is not giving the company a good name at all. I will not return to this location in the future. I would rather drive the extra miles to go to the Monticello location where the appreciate...

Read moreI thought Chick-fil-a could never let me down. I was wrong. I've always had a positive experience with Chick-fil-a until I attempted to place a "catering" pick-up order. The only reason this order was to be placed as "catered" was because of the volume/quantity (120 nuggets). I was still picking the order up at the restaurant. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't able to switch from breaded nuggets to grilled nuggets on the app. I called the restaurant, and I was informed that grilled nuggets aren't available for catering orders, but I was offered grilled sandwiches. I told the employee I didn't want the grilled sandwiches because of the added cost of GF buns that are now +$1.70/each. She reiterated that grilled nuggets are not offered on the catering menu, and that I could order the largest serving of nuggets from the standard menu (30) and multiply it however many times I'd like. HOWEVER, the price-point is not the same. I would have paid MUCH more this way. Why can't I get a MENU item at the catering quantity?!? This makes no sense what-so-ever. They make these every day, I'm not asking for anything special. Needless to say, I will NOT be using Chick-fil-a catering services...
