Well unfortunately I ordered food from this Restaurant on 07/28/16 when I ordered the food online they did not deliver my order. However, they managed to take out $38.99 from my checking account for the order that had placed. I am someone that is here visiting, and wanted to try something new because I heard great things about this place. My experience was not a good one for me being a first time customer. When I called the location to ask about why they never delivered my food, but did take out money for the transaction that was made. The man who answer the phone on 07/29/16 was very rude, and would not let me speak to a manager. I find that very unprofessional, and just down right rude of this gentleman. Once I was able to talk to the manager he him self was not very polite. If this is how you conduct service to the public then shame on you. I will not call or order from Chanello's ever again. Also the money that you took out of my account better be credited within 3 to 5 business days. Not a very pleased first time...
Read moreI ordered from this location on 6/5/2018 and everything was good . But, I ordered again the next day(6/6/2018) and it took over an hour to come . That's not the worse part . I ate some bacon cheddar cheese fries around 6:30 pm, started feeling sick around 8:30 pm, vomitted around 12:30 am, and ended up going to the ER around 3:00 am . I found out that my potassium was low but, I only got sick after I ate the bacon cheddar cheese fries . Also, the cheddar cheese fries came back up but, the Parmesan chicken that I ate before the fries didn't . So, something may have been wrong with those fries . Also, because my food took over an hour to come, I'm wondering if they fixed my order as soon as they got off the phone with me but, let it sat there all that time before they brought it to me . Read moreBeing a Manager of another restaurant, I was in total shock what I saw. There is tons of issues here. I called to place my pick up order ahead of time, they left me on hold for 12 minutes, then driving up to your S. Laburnum location irritated bc of the delay in customer service over the phone..I walk in & the guy (who apparently is the manager) said "we will be with you shortly" and completely ignores me for another 7-8 minutes continuing to make pizzas and subs WITH OUT GLOVES. The younger girl was answering the phones with the same gloves she had on to make food, ignoring the WALK IN customers she had. She finally took my order and my MONEY with the SAME GLOVES ON. Beyond Disgusted. Completely against health code. You guys need some serious structure in this place. A smile goes along way, as well as some proper Grammer and class.
