Checkers — Restaurant in Virginia

So it was 1:30am on Jan 3rd that I came in, wanted to take advantage if this bogo deal they had on their bacon burgers. I thought it was a little odd that the sandwiches were ready in under a minute, and the lady in there didnt even look at me when handing me it. I got home and the food was a little cold for some reason, but it didnt taste terrible or anything. I ate one and put the other in the fridge.

30 minutes after I started feeling nauseous, but I brushed it off and went to sleep, it happens sometimes.

8 am I woke up, walked two steps to the bathroom, and started vomiting uncontrollably. I need you to understand, I have an iron stomach, and I've never gotten food poisoning before. But this was incredibly bad, and currently writing this while still lying in bed. I visited a doctor and things should be good for now, but oh god was that sandwich powerful.

Maybe they gave me an old/expired sandwich because it was late, a reckless decision from one employee, but I don't think I'm ever coming back. I dont think I even want a burger ever again. IT WAS BAD.

If you want to take anything away from this, be highly suspicious if you get cold food from any...

I recently stopped in to this location because my son wanted to try the TPain Combo🙄 I’m not really a fast food person, for a number of reasons…poor customer service, unsanitary conditions, etc. For my kid though, I set my own reservations aside. I left letting the staff at this location know that I was absolutely going to write a review on my visit. From the pleasant greeting upon entering, to the patience extended while I tried to get my order together, and even to the cleanliness of the restrooms that I was apprehensive to use, SERVICE WAS EXEMPLARY! If all fast food spots could take a course from whoever hired and trained this staff, all would be right in the world, to which I’d likely never cook again! My son had the meal he came for, which he loved, and I treated myself to funnel cake fries, that were hot, fresh, and oh so delicious! He enjoyed his meal so much that he asked for another yesterday which reminded me that I never took the time to share review of our experience. A friend told me about how good checkers food is so I wanted to try it for the first time. I was very excited and I made sure I take my wife too. So, I get there at the drive through and looking at the menu to choose what I want to eat for the first time

To be clear, I was the only one at the drive through. No one else was behind me. and one of the employees asked me what I wanted and I asked him to give me a minute so I can make a decision. It took him less than 20 seconds and he asked me again what I want and I nicely asked him if I can get a moment here to choose please and he said "No you cannot"

I could not believe that he said that and I asked him to verify that he said and he repeated and said you cannot wait here sir.

This got me very very frustrated and to be honest I didn't bother making a purchase and went straight to a different place.

I cannot believe this is how they expect to make new customers. I recently moved to manassas and never tried checkers before but getting this attitude from them makes me doubt everything they have and...
