I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your Wawa. I have been a long-time customer at this location, and never been ID. Im old half of my hair are gone and there are white hair in my beard and Their customer service lady with yellow teeth’s literally look cracked out had the audacity to ask for my ID even though I had been coming there for a long time. I even offer to show a picture of my ID in my phone but she kept stating that’s our company policy to have actual ID. considering that her teeth were literally halfway out and in need of brushing. Your work doesn’t require you to brush ur teeth? You manage to disobeyed that policy.

This Wawa is on a very busy section of Sudley Road. You can gain entrance at the traffic light before the store by turning into Lowes and going through the parking lot. There are 2 exits but one the one closest to the store is 'right turn only'. The other is going back out to the light if you need to turn left or go across Sudley Road. In the morning this store is crazy busy BUT service is fast and efficient. I ordered a specialty coffee and received it quickly and very neat......meaning no spill over on the cup. I enjoy Wawa food for something quick. They have more healthy options than other convenience stores. I have never seen an empty Wawa parking lot no matter what time of day or night.
