Urban Hibachi — Restaurant in Manassas

We recently ordered the teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak, noodles, and dumplings from this food truck, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and freshly made. Each dish had its own unique taste — the chicken was tender, the steak juicy, and the noodles cooked just right. The dumplings were also a highlight — soft on the outside and full of flavor inside.

What truly made the experience stand out was the amazing service. Even though it’s not a traditional restaurant but a moving food truck, the friendliness and professionalism of the person serving the food were top-notch. He greeted everyone with a smile, made great recommendations, and clearly cared about the customer experience.

I always believe that in any good dining experience, customer service is just as important as the taste of the food — and this place excels at both. You get restaurant-quality food and hospitality right from a food truck! The prices were also very affordable, which makes it even better value for the quality you get.

I work in the area and noticed this food truck started to appear recently and I had to try it out. Upon coming up to the window, I approached two very nice people running the food truck. From the customer service, to the taste of the food, it was great. I tried the chicken and fried rice and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I was a bit skeptic at first, didnt know what to expect because I’m not someone who is comfortable with new cuisines. I ordered the Urban fried rice and I was amazed. Unbelievable taste and portion. And the fact that it’s halal is even better.

Really enjoyed the taste. The price is fair (you get a lot of food for like $15, price is actually really good if you think about it). Fast service as well. Ordered and got my food in like 12 mins....
