Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

Really like CFA! Little hand wipes, fried chicken sandwich with pickles, kid's meals nicely priced. Parking lot is tedious during early afternoon. I didn't realize there was a huge difference in the CFA's around town. Don't bother going to Chesterfield Town Center's CFA. I hadn't been to that mall in a year as some of the food court shops are badly staffed. When we bought an Italian sub, the guy left off pepperoni in the girls subs but not the guys. We went by CFA & the girl was rude in her presentation when we requested an extra sauce. Good G-d. What has happened to CTC?. It used to be a nice mall, with pleasant normal employees. Who hires for that CFA? Go out & find the most haughty abrasive person & plunk them in a CFA known for saying...it's my pleasure. We've finally decided to just shop in Sears and leave. Who owns the mall now? We aren't used to a low environment & CFA had class from the register to delivery. Never a worry at the other CFA's. Never thought that Any CFA would be anything other than polite & glad for customers. Go across the street to the Kroger center CFA only, not in the mall. On our shopping visit yesterday, we missed the Disney Store & Hickory Farms Store. Too many bad changes there & 2 very weird looking 40 year old men were sitting outside The Family Christian Store in massage chairs not in use when at 2pm most men are at work or in transit. Very intimidating & large. If you want a sense of peace, safety & class, choose where you frequent carefully. Not all Chick FIL A restaurants are the same - class, welcoming, hospitable, warm, cheerful, polite, as it once was & known to be everywhere. The Koger Ctr CFA is great, but don't go to the one across the street in the mall. I wouldn't want my girls shopping there...

I ordered over $84 worth of food thru my mobile app around 8:30 pm on Friday. I saw that the restaurant closes at 9pm so i went to the restaurant around 8:45 and my order was delivered to my car around 8:50. I have a 7-10 min drive to my home. So when i started giving my family members their items, i noticed that two of my 4 piece strips for my wife and mother in law were missing. I decided to rush back to the restaurant to get those two items. I called them to let them know i was on my way. The manager Ian told me that they were closed and that there was nothing he can do, because they were closed. I pet them know that i just left the restaurant and they either forgot to make my strips or they gave it to some one else... i had to let him know that this was unacceptable because two of my family members were not going to have something to eat.. After putting me on hold, a young lady came on and i had to explain everything over to her. She said she was going to see what she can do. After a while she came back on and said she had the strips and was going to throw in another chicken sandwich. She also gave me two coupons to come back for another sandwich... Not for nothing, if i paid over $80 for food, is to get the food at time of order.. and if something was missing, i shouldn't be told that there is nothing they can do... It wasn't like i came 40 min later about my order.... it was within 15 min... You may want to check your order, especially large orders before you drive off. Then, when i got back home... I had to eat my spicy chicken deluxe with soggy lettuce and cold filet... Thank you to the young lady that helped me... Sorry i didn't...

I’d like to take a moment on this lovely Friday in Fall to personally thank my man DYLAN for making me feel warm, welcome, and most of all, full. I had walked over from the oil change place where I was having some service done on my 2020 VW Golf- feeling quite famished from the 20 yards trek. Also prolly because I hadn’t eaten since bout 7pm the night before lol. Anywho, after I walked over and in- I was informed the dining room was unfortunately closed. I explained my situation to my man Dylan who took it upon himself to say “Bro I GOTCHU.” (Not in that exact verbage- but for the sake of storytelling that’s what he said.) He then very promptly met me outside the door and took my order. He was polite, friendly, and sauce shortage be damned made sure I had enough sauce for my meal. After the exchange was made he walked back inside- and almost as quickly as he walked in was back out with that oh so heavenly slightly wrinkled white and red bag we all know and love. My order was absolutely perfect, and for as much as I eat Chick-Fil-A, these might be the best nuggets I’ve ever had. I like to imagine Dylan gently kissed each one before nestling them oh so gently into their cute little small container home. Obviously he didn’t because that would be health code violations out the a- out the BUTT- but a man can dream. Thanks again DYLAN for being a real one.
