I’ve never been, I had this big excitement leading up to this visit generating from the Chilis rib song. We sat down extremely fast. The facility was nice, the atmosphere was good, and the waiter was good. We ordered our food and of course I selected an entree that contain ribs in the mix. After waiting for our food to come, the first thing I dove into was the ribs. To my disappointment I received a rack of what I can only compare to as beef jerky. The texture was hard with a little chew to the mix, the sauce a charred flavor, and the sight of the underside of what appeared to be aged meat. From looks, feel, and taste I was dissatisfied and my appetite crushed. Furthermore they are thin, you basically have a bone with a very small section of meat and this is a factor as to why it’s cooking as fast and drying out the meat that’s present. The saving grace to this was the chicken that was covered in honey chipotle flavor. These were on time. The chicken was juicy with a crispy shell, the sauce was not over kill and had an amazing flavor to it, the size of the cuts of chicken were filling. In total I had three and ate all three. I would come back for these in of themselves. The French fries wheee crisp, and seasoned with what I can imagine is a sea salt and pepper blend. It’s a good mix of both and was spread nicely.
I was offered another rack of ribs in replace of these but decided against them as to be honest I could never after this distasteful experience. I’ve seen other reviews of the ribs and the enjoyment behind them but after this I just can not.
Our waiter was nice and promptly provided refills, the manager was professional and comped the meal.
In short get the chicken tenders and enjoy. Idk who makes it but that sauce...

I never really considered going to Chili’s in fact, this was only my second visit, with the first being six years ago.
I went for the “3 for Me” deal a drink, starter, and main course for just $10.99 but I was surprised by how much more they had to offer. I was seriously tempted to order everything!
Had a long wait but the food got out FAST and HOT!!!! it’s busy but my server did amazing!! Thanks Kaylennnn!!!!
For my starter, I had the enchilada soup it was so good I ended up pouring it over my nachos. Absolutely delicious!
I added a sampler since the “3 for Me” didn’t have much variety, and I’m glad I did!!!
The mozzarella sticks were huge The boneless honey BBQ wings were packed with flavor. And those little sliders? BOMB.
main course, I had steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes everything was cooked just right
My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was massive
Unfortunately, The two hostesses at the front made some unnecessary comments about guests walking around, which came off as a bit rude. I get it people are people but when you’re the first faces we see walking into the restaurant, be mindful!
There was also a situation involving a manager (or someone who seemed to be in charge). At first, I thought she handled a customer issue at the front well she was calm and polite. However, later, when I was seated, I overheard her speaking about the same situation behind the bar, and the tone was anything but pleasant.
One more thing it’s freezing inside! We switched tables for personal reasons, and both spots were cold. So, bring a jacket if you plan to dine in.
Despite the small hiccups, the food was fantastic, and I’ll...
Read moreI was here on the 25th of October, where I had stopped by for lunch. At the time, I had ordered a Mango Iced Tea, then swapped to Watermelon Lemonade after the Mango Iced Tea didn't taste right.
I saw on the menu that there was a Smokehouse combo that caught my eye, and I ordered the double Nashville Hot Tenders, complete with fries, corn, and garlic bread. What I thought was going to be fantastic turned out to be rather middling.
The sauce that was used for the tenders didn't have a sauce-like texture, but rather a syrup-like texture, which threw the entire meal way off, and the garlic bread didn't quite seem toasted properly, instead having a doughy texture, as if it was undercooked. The fries tasted alright, but all in all, I only took 5 bites out of the entire meal, and my appetite was gone.
I'd love to say that it was a fluke, but me and my family have visited this location for many years, and every single time, something seems to be going wrong, and I genuinely believe that it's just a family curse, and I'm ultimately disappointed that I can't give this location another chance. I know many others have had a great experience here, but I, for my own sake, cannot continue to come here. I do recommend others to, as my experience is not anyone else's, I'm sure, and I do think there's plenty that can be enjoyed, but perhaps I just have bad luck through...
