There is an older lady that works the front area with rice and protein. My first time coming to this location she scooped the white rice to place in my burrito and used her hand to only allow half the scoop of rice. I thought that was very odd then we moved down to the protein and she did it again. I was so confused why I only receive a half a scoop of each or why she thought it was appropriate to stick her hands on every scoop without changing gloves to the customers behind me. I paid $18 for a burrito, bag of chips and queso but it was only half the amount of rice and protein. I do not get any other toppings so itâs not that my burrito was too full. I was upset that it cost that amount and only recieved half the food I do at other locations. A few months later, I thought I would try this location again and without a doubt it happened again. This time instead of using her hand to only give me half the protein, she picked up the scoop and shook half of it off. I will not be returning to...
Read moreWe went to this Chipotle last night 3/18 around 7:30pm. We drove over 30 minutes one way to get there only for them to say "we aren't making burritos today". It wasn't that they were out of the tortillas or any other ingredients, we could see them on the counter. Nobody there could give us a reason as to why they couldn't make a burrito or even apologize. We left because that is the only thing my fiance and I eat here, just like most people who go to Chipotle. The whole point of Chipotle is their burritos. I'm not sure if it was pure laziness not wanting to make the burrito or they were out of tortillas (even though we saw them on the counter). Either way it's pretty sad and we won't be returning. We will drive to Fredericksburg's location instead. Posting this in hopes it saves other people the trip of driving out here and the employees being too lazy to make a burrito for them. If you want to be sure that they will have what you want go to Fredericksburg, they haven't messed up...
Read moreApparently because they are âtoo busyâ they are only taking online orders. Not a single person in line, and a table of three sitting and eating. Also, Iâd like to say that I can understand how sometimes work can get busy but both women working the front had attitudes telling my husband and I that we couldnât order at the counter. We proceeded to sit and place the order online. Then someone else walked in and had an attitude again with the customers. Itâs just pathetic that they are wiping down tables and restocking salsa cups, not filling a single order while we sit and order. I wouldnât have thought twice about this, but the rudeness of the staff is disappointing. Take it up with your manager if youâre unhappy with your working conditions, not your customers.
Update: there was a whole avocado that was not chopped up in my guacamole and I found a hair in my bowl halfway through itâŚ.last time Iâll eat at...
