My husband and I have been frequenting this Starbucks (among many others) since it opened years ago. We used to love going in and getting coffee. Everyone was always so friendly and polite. For the past year or so, we hate going into this location. We will often skip it and go to Warrenton or a different coffee shop altogether. The people that work there will mingle with one another, giggle and laugh, but barely acknowledge the customer. We're not overly talkative people, but we do try to be friendly. There have been multiple times that we have been in, and have overhead them mocking, getting frustrated, or lauging about a customer in the drive thru. It always makes us think, "What are they saying about us when we leave?" There is one guy in there that has been friendly. I think his name is Kody (or Cody)? Stephanie is probably the most unpleasant out of everyone. We have tried speaking and making small talk, but we might as well be talking to the wall. There's literally no interest from her in trying to entertain any conversation.

Read moreI have been going to the store for three years and not one time has anyone had their act together. In those three years, I have never been greeted, thanked or wished a good day. When drive through lines are long, there is never any acknowledgement or or apology- including my recent wait of 32 minutes in the drive through. As former manager and employee for 15 years- this store needs to be shut down, restaffed/retrained, and a major deep cleaning.
It’s the attitudes of employees that get me the most though. I have witnessed them trash talk customers on the floor-including myself when they thought I had left. When I come in as a door dasher- they are even more rude as if I’m a bother to them- however I am an extension of that customer and order. They talk down to you, belittle you, and have a flippant attitude. Read moreCame by for my normal order I’ve gotten for years and even made myself when I was an employee at this location. However last few times they decided to not fill my cup up. Previously I said something and they gave me my extra foam in a short cup and apologized. This time they said they can’t give me the extra foam I paid a $1.25 for on each drink and that they refuse to remake or give me extra in a separate cup (like they did before) and lots of negative energy and I went to the locust grove Starbucks before school and they happily remade it for me.
