I came here with my friend and ordered a bowl of steak with(Extra steak) We started eating our food and after couple bites we found the steak so dry and old. So i went to cashier and asked for manager which 2 ladies introduced themselves as a manager, i told them about the food and they told me when you came in , you could see the steak and if it was looking old then you could order something else instead!!!!! Seriously!!!! I only eat steak at chipotle and you tell me NOT to eat what i like if i find the Steak old by vision!!! I told them I could not tell if steak was old or not unless i tasted. So one of the ladies (name:Leti idk if thatās her real name) grabbed a fork from a box and started sticking it through my food to see how much steak we ate!!! And then they offered me $5 refund gor extra Steak I paid or just give me another extra steak!!! Unbelievable!!! The huge business like chipotle,they hire someone that has no experience with customer service and they donāt even bother to respect a customer!!! We were that mad that we sat at our car front of chipotle to call their customer service and complain about how we got treated and also spent like 15 minutes on google to write a bad review!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered on-line and went to pick it up. After asking the cashier when my order will be ready since itās passed my pick-up time, had to wait because they have not gotten to my order.
There were few waiting for on-line ordered pick up including me. But they kept taking orders from line of people who just came into the store to order to take out. Asked cashier for my order for the second time to be done after they helped 5-7 people in line. Cashier asked the one of the person who was fixing the food for one of the customers who had just came in, seems to be a manager, he got angry for asking for my order to be fixed next when he was helping people in line.
The problem was that he was only worried about helping customers who were coming into the restaurant for take out and not working on on-line orders at all. Receipts of on-line orders were just piling up on one side of the counter. I finally got my order about 25 minutes after my pick up time.
He was not happy because he had to break away from line of people who had just came in to get my over due on-line order.

This time we placed an order on line. The promised pick-up time was 6:15pm. When we got there there was no line but our order was not ready. At 6:33 they were starting to put our order together. They were sloppy and got a lot wrong with our order. The steak was cold and they hardly put any in at all, some of the bowls only got a few pieces. My bowl was half empty with many ingredients I had ordered missing. I had ordered tomato salsa (got none), fajita mix (got almost none), light cheese (got an extra amount) and extra lettuce (got almost none) plus very little steak. They were also out of lemons and when we requested small tortillas on the side they were slow to respond and had a bad attitude. Other Chipotles in the area do a MUCH better job than...
