This was surprisingly a great stop over to get something for dinner. I had come here once before in the early afternoon, but they were closed. I was kind of disappointed about it because the sign said they were open, but it turns out after speaking with the staff - it was because of a grand re-opening that was planned. Good thing because my review on that day works have been 1-star, but I made an effort to check out the story and I'm glad I did. The Pollo Intl Restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. The restaurant is relatively small and if you take into account the COVID-19 regulations it is even smaller. However, the restaurant is doing fine from what I understand and customers are pleased to eat in our take out their orders. I decided to dine in and snow the restaurant's atmosphere, staff and of course, the food. I was relatively under the weather and I really needed a pick me up and I wasn't disappointed at all. I ordered the Pollo Maleniza, which is breaded chicken with white rice and black beans. When the order arrived, I thought I was eating for two, it was that much food that I received. Mind you, they were unaware I was reviewing this location. But the amount of food was awesome, I was even offered chips and salsa. I told Jose, my waiter, thank you, but what I have now will fill me up. He laughed, but I wasn't kidding. Check out the pictures and you'll agree, the amount of food was quite a bit. In any case, I began eating and the flavor of the chicken, the entire meal was good. No disappointment in flavor. Do yourselves a favor, go to the Sugarland Community Plaza in Sterling and give the a try, but be warned it is pricy, but it week satisfy the pallad. So it's off Route 7, across from the Chevrolet dealership towards the left of the entrance....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery good Peruvian Food, servers are friendly and try to give good service. For Peruvian chicken lovers this chicken is pretty good and they give you a lot of french fries comparing to another places. Their green spicy sauce is also pretty good not like other places they just put jalapeƱos in the blender and give it to you. Their anticuchos are delicious(if you havenāt tried them give them a chance). Ceviche de pescado very good and the portion is enough for two of you order another plate to share, also Jalea de Pescado pretty good. I have been coming here for about 7 years now and tried many other different Peruvian restaurants in the area, this one is pretty consistent and good. I havenāt give 5 starts because they can still improve the place and service a little bit but so far recommended. Unfortunately the same restaurant in Leesburg is far from the same so is you go to Inti Restaurant go to the one in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went to eat today, Aug. 10, 2025. The place is very nice, and the attention was not bad, but the food was horrible. We nicely told the server that one of the meals was cold, and she took it; after that, she kind of got upset. Out of the four meals, three weren't the best: one was cold, the second was way too salty, and the third was just too dry. The pupusas were not cooked well and they had a weird smell, I am Salvadoran and that was the worst Pupusa I have ever had. And last, when it was time to pay, I honestly think it's up to the customer to decide on tips, but the server kept insisting on going back and picking one out of the three options, in a demanding way. I wouldn't go...
