The pants that came with the ordered suit fit too small. The gentelman looked around the store to help find a pair of pants that would go with the jacket. Unfortunately the jacket could not be matched. He explained that the pants could be let out and measured to make sure there was enough material to make the adjustments. He then made a call to the owner Sunny, to explain the situation. Another pair of pants were found at the valley view location in that moment and I was told I could pick it up the following day (today) for the exchange. I appreciate the quick follow up to get the size I needed. It was ready when I arrived 😊. I just left Suit City a few minutes ago. Without a doubt, this business deserves the five stars I gave it. Sunny provides excellent service. I needed a suit for an upcoming funeral. My old suit no longer fits. I explained my situation to him and he quickly put together the perfect combination of shirt, pants, coat, and shoes (I already have appropriate ties). Most importantly, he hemmed the pants immediately to the proper length. I seriously doubt I could have received this same attention at any other suit shop in Roanoke. To sum it up, if you are looking for a large selection of top quality suits at affordable prices, look no further than Suit City. I will shop there again!
