Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

1.5 years later after previous written post on this same post and still awesome. Best dominoes ever.. loaded food, they actually give you extra cheese and sauce and the toppings are right and all the delivery drivers are very polite I forgot to hear my text that they were out front because our baby was sleeping and I put that on delivery instructions that garage was open and I would be in there and I was not and the delivery driver Cameron in Yorktown Virginia politely called to let me know he was outside and was very friendly .. Christopher made my food perfect loaded hot nice thick crust... 5 stars. Great service, ultra fast, hot food and fresh. Toppings were applied perfectly. Vegetables on the pizza tasted great not bland like some other major pizza chains. Lots of cheese and cooked perfect. Ordered March 23 at around 830 pm asked them not to knock or ring door bell on the special instructions on the online ordering because my baby was asleep and the female delivery driver pulled in slowly to my driveway and was very quiet and polite to me as we greeted eachother, they did do contactless delivery but i was in my garage when she dropped it off but she did no contact as they specify, great employee/driver and a great dominos location. Normally pizza from this establishment is not too bad. I can only assume they have someone new preparing their pizzas. It definitely was not prepared as good as other pizza I have received from this location. The pizza I received had just a very minimal brushing of tomato sauce if any at all. What little bit of cheese on it was congregated in the middle 1/3 of the pizza, with the outer 2/3 of the pizza with nothing on it. Plus the crust was not brushed with garlic butter powder or whatever they normally do to the crust that is delicious. And it was slightly warm, not hot when it was delivered. It was basically like eating overcooked pizza bread with no taste. I couldn’t eat it and threw it away. I will give them credit. I called and they replaced the pizza. It was slightly better, but not by much. I ate a couple pieces of that pizza only because I was hungry and threw the rest of the second pizza away as well. Grafton, quit cheaping out on the ingredients and don’t be afraid to put some pizza sauce and cheese on your pizza so it taste like pizza and not overcooked bread. And put it on all the way to the edge. Not 2/3 of the way into the middle of the pizza. And put that slightly salted powdered garlic butter or whatever you normally put on the crust...

Last week I ordered food from this location. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, the Garlic Bread Twists had no garlic seasoning on them, they were just bread twists, and the pizza was cut 3 times, making six slices instead of eight (four normal slices, and two 1/4 pizza slices). They literally forgot to slice the pizza one more time. On top of that, the 3 cuts I did get were so poorly done that there was a triangle cutout in the middle of the pizza. Any one thing I would just shrug off and say "sh!t happens", but all three at once had me calling to complain. When the employee picked up, he asked if I would mind being put on hold and immediately put me on hold before I could possibly answer. When he came back, I asked to speak to a manager. The employee told me he was the manager. I told him my issues, then he asked me to hang on while he went to talk to the manager. When he came back, he offered to credit my account $25. I called looking for any offer of recompense, and this qualified, so I accepted. I logged on today to take advantage of my credit, only to find I never got it. So I'm done with...
