After not having ordered from this place in a long time due to not fully cooked stuffed cheesy bread and just generally not happy with the quality of their food, I decided to order yesterday. The cheesy bread was cooked, but I did not get the Parmesan twists I ordered with my cheesy marinara dip. I was compensated online with 60 points, and I just dipped with the cheesy bread. It tasted really good, so I ordered again today.
The order today was simplified to avoid mess ups, I ordered the cheesy marinara dip and the cheesy bread. I get my order, check it and I got the wrong dip, just cheese dip with no marinara. Second day in a row with something wrong. I go report it again and get another 60 points. I am no longer feeling like points will matter because it’s just not good messing up orders constantly. But I rip off a piece of cheesy bread, at least I got that. Then I noticed the cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked through. Tossed everything out and won’t end up using any of the points they gave me.

Read moreI always try to order through the store because I had bad experiences with their call center but today I was transferred to the call center and place my order, I ordered an small pizza half cheese half Hawaiian and the person on the phone said “ ok with mushrooms and pineapple” and I said whatever comes with the Hawaiian pizza. He placed my order and told me 10 to 20 minutes. When I got to the store I checked my order and the supposed Hawaiian pizza have only mushroom and pineapple them I ask the person at the register what comes with the Hawaiian pizza? and he told me the ingredients and I said that is what I ordered not only mushrooms and pineapple so I ask if he can make a new half Hawaiian pizza and to my surprise he said yes but you have to pay extra for it because we did what they put in your order and I said why? if I told the person who places my order what I wanted and he did it wrong.
