Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Tonight I visited the Domino's in Centreville. It was a bad experience with customer service. The first thing that happened was that I arrived at the store and had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to even ask me if I had placed my order. Finally, someone asked me if I had ordered online and I told him yes and he started packing up my order. He brought the order to the front, put it on the counter and was giving it to me without even asking if I had paid for it. I told him I hadn't paid for the order yet and I was giving him the money and he said I don't have change. In an arrogant way , I asked him, do you have change in the office and he told me that he didn't have access to the office and I asked him, where is your manager? He said, I'm the manager and I find it strange that a manager doesn't have access to the office. He sarcastically said, "There's the gas station so you can get change." It doesn't bother me that they didn't have change because it was a small order but His behavior was bad. I went to my car to look for change and brought the money and I told him it's surprising that a place like this doesn't have change and he said if your order was bigger he could get you change. In the end I left the restaurant with cold food and a terrible experience. I have been going to this place since I was a kid and I have had excellent customer service. Until now I thank the employee who ruined my experiences and memories of this place because I do not plan to return there because of this...

I typically don't leave a review unless it's really bad/good. This is the really bad. I have already left a similar complaint on the Tell Us How We Did feedback, but not as detail as this one. Ordered extra cheese and the pizza has normal cheese amount. Called the store to complain and spoke with Michael. He said he used the right amount of cheese when he made my pizza. I told him it didn't look like extra cheese, more like regular. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he's the manager. However, he also said something surprising. He said that his manager told him recently (I think he said in the morning) that he hasn't been using enough cheese and that he needed to. What the heck! He had to be told by another manager to use more cheese. Ridiculous! I'm assuming Michael is an assistant mgr. This store has been hit or miss when it comes to cheese, even when you order extra cheese. There had been times where there was so little cheese that you can see the sauce on the pizza, like a third of the pizza. Depending on the egregiousness and honestly my mood, I sometimes don't bother to complain. I certainly didn't expect to get a response like that from a 'manager'. I understand now why I had this issue seeing that some have also complained about the lack of cheese and toppings. Definitely won't be ordering from this...

Steak sandwich was a joke. It was just bread and burned cheese. There was a total of 4 small pieces steak barely noticable on it. Had to look hard to find it! Really?? Why is called a steak sandwich? This was the worst steak sandwich I have ever had in my life (sorry, I mean bread and burned cheese). Also, apparantly cheesy bread apparently does not come with a marinara sauce. Why, is it then when we have ordered in the past, it always came with one with no charge? I would like to know why is it that for many years and even last week when we picked it up it came with one? I don't mind to pay for the sauce if thats what it is, but it seems like some employees just want to charge you for it, without ringing it up in the register. Again, I dont mind to pay for sauces, but consistency would be nice. As far as the sandwich, it was a joke, really, I am not exaggerating. Horrible, Horrible. My son likes cheesy bread, and this location is the closest, otherwise would never order anything here again. Sandwiches apparently are horrible, pizzas were burned and overcooked last...
