I like to go here because it is the closest one. They usually get the order right and I have no issues. None of the staff are friendly or even smile and I’ve been here multiple times. And there is one ethnic lady who works there who is straight up rude and always has attitude. One experience I had with her, she didn’t put enough cream in my iced coffee, and I politely asked her if she could add more. She gave me an attitude and took my drink back, dumped out the coffee and added more cream. Second experience I didn’t like, I ordered ahead for curbside pickup. I arrived and I was waiting 15 minutes. I had my toddler in the car so I didn’t want to get out so “CURBSIDE” is they are supposed to bring it out to you. On the app it specifically states “if you can not find our designated parking, put your hazard lights on and someone will bring it out to you.” But one of the teenagers (every morning a group of them hang over there- don’t even order) parked too close so I could not fit in the parking spot so I was at the one RIGHT NEXT TO IT. After calling them to ask if it was ready she brought it out. Told me I was not in the curbside parking and I explained about what it says on the app and the hazard lights but she just wanted to be argumentative and say that the parking space was open…she also said “we were busy so that’s why we didn’t bring it out.” I don’t see the point of it if I’m following what it says to do on the app. Anyways she is very rude and I don’t think I’ll be going back here. I’m a nice person and always very kind and understanding because I’ve been a barista myself so I hate that she gives me such a...
Read moreFor the second time in a row we came to this location three hours before closing, only to be told they were out of donuts. Which, while funny, is totally fine. And not the fault of the front counter folks, who are always very nice and polite.
However, the store also is unable to refund purchases made on the app (and all app purchases must be prepaid). This means that last week when we attempted to order donuts and were twarted, we had to call a 1800 number, wait about 30 minutes, and read off information from our app order, only to be told that they would not refund money directly, but instead would give us the equivalent in a DD giftcard.
Which, as we werent able to actually get donuts today, means I get to repeat the whole process over once again to get DD money that apparently will never actually be able to be used in this location.
Moreover, the DD website says stores can offer refunds, which just makes the whole thing more frustrating...which was evident by the three customers behind me who had the same issue.
So, I would suggest this location only if you a) are going early in the morning, b) only want coffee, c) do not use the app, or d) enjoy the sysiphian struggle of constantly churning money via the pursuit...
Read moreI arrived at Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a hot signature latte, size large, from the cashier. However, the girl handed me an iced latte instead. I corrected her and said that I had ordered a hot latte. She made another one, this time with regular cold coffee. I looked at her again and reiterated that I wanted a hot coffee. She then told me that my order was for an iced latte, not a hot one. I checked my receipt and saw that she was right, it did say iced latte. Apparently, the cashier didn't pay attention to my order and wrote down iced instead of hot. It was my mistake for not checking the receipt and assuming that my order was correct. I really wanted a hot coffee, so I ended up paying for another one, making sure that the cashier wrote down the correct order this time. He did, but when I received my drink, it was still cold. I couldn't believe it! I had already paid for two drinks, both of which were cold, when I specifically wanted a hot drink. The girl explained that it was 2 shots of macchiato with milk and asked if I wanted regular coffee instead. I was so furious and disappointed with Dunkin' Donuts for having workers who would ruin their reputation...
