Last weekend I went to this location order a breakfast sandwich bagel bites and two drinks. The sandwich was Cold The bagel bites. Cream cheese was still slightly frozen in the middle. I went there this morning. No one in line placed my orders sat at the window for seven minutes with no engagement. I called the location. The lady was extremely rude. I told her I saw numerous people back there. she told me I needed to learn how to count. I ended up leaving the location . I couldn’t wait any longer. I’ve tried on and off with this location for almost 5 years now I can no longer do it. The service is horrible. The products are not worth the money cold sandwiches that you have to do But the lack of empathy towards the customers is what’s the most appalling to me. I don’t know who owns this location, but you oughta pay closer attention to it because I know that there’s timing systems in place for Duncan. I know that there’s policies and procedures they have as a former Duncan GM that is probably the worst location I’ve been to and continues to provide less than adequate service. America is running on it, but it's like Dunkin at Exit 7 is running on fairy magic. Belinda Carlisle was right. Heaven is a place on Earth and that place is Dunkin on Exit 7. The app shows that every dough or food item is available and able to purchase. I placed my order And each time I show up, they tell me that the items that I ordered are unavailable and that they are out. Each time I ask for my money back, they tell me that I have to go through customer support because since it was an online order, they won’t give me my money back. When I contact customer support, they informed me that they cannot refund my money, but will give me rewards points.
