NO DINE IN I stopped by for a quick bite on the way to the airport, I was in a hurry with my family and we started eating inside the restaurant, on Google Maps it says that dine in is accepted but once we started eating inside the restaurant they told us that we must leave because dine in is not allowed. No where inside the restaurant it says that dine in is not allowed; there are no tables inside but there is a counter and that is where we started eating, one asian man approached us to tell us that dine in is not allowed and he walked away; a few seconds later a black woman came over and insisted that we must leave and I told her that there were no signs posted anywhere and that we were almost done eating and we will leave, but she wouldn't let it go and insisted on having us leave and I told her that we were almost done and almost leaving and if it was that big of a deal to have us thrown out to go ahead a call the police and she said that that was taking it to the extremes and I said you are taking it to the extremes because you cannot leave us alone we are almost done and almost leaving and she walked away and said to her coworkers deny them service next time and few seconds later the asian man started talking pictures of us and my wife told him that he cannot take pictures of children and private people without their consent and that really pissed me off; these people are out of their minds; if dine in is not allowed and if it is such a big deal then make corrections to their Google Maps page and put that dine in is not allowed, print sign and tape them on the counter and on the windows that said that dine in is not allowed, if we saw the signs we would have respected that and we wouldn't have started eating; they approach us when we are half way dining through our meal and start to harass us and and making a big scenes in front of other patrons; these two people are out of their minds; we threw away all our packaging and we were holding the food on our hands and my kids are almost done and they will not let it go; these...
Read moreComplaint on Isela at the Springfield VA location. Store is located at Old Keene Mill and Rolling So we went to this location today to try it out. There was a long line which we didn't mind. When we went to the first register several minutes later, the one that says "Order here", the register seem closed. There were a bunch of boxes on top and nobody at the register. We waited a good 5 minutes but nobody showed up. The line in front of us was already at the last register, so i figured maybe it is closed, and we need to order and paid at the end. We got there, and the cashier girl named Isela talked to me. She had no idea of what customer service is and even after i explained her that we waited and nobody was on the first station, she declined to serve us and said that the order must be taken at the first location only. I explained her that i understood, however due to the circumstances if she could take the order there, we had waited a good 15 minutes, i did not mind waiting more for the food, but she needed to make an exception. Keep in mind i was polite and respectful up until this point. She refused and directed me to the end of the line. I said i already did the whole line, but she did not care. At this point i was getting ready to leave, and requested to speak to the manager. The manager was Rosa Pace. She came in and apologize and asked to please order with her. However i was so furious about Isela's treatment and lack of customer service. She had an attitude the whole time even when she went to get the manager. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over 25 years and have always appreciated the quality of both your food and service. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in professionalism and customer care over time.
On August 8, 2025, at approximately 6:14 AM, I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived at the store around 6:30 AM to collect my order, only to find that it was not ready. The staff member behind the counter responded rudely, raising his voice at me for waiting. He claimed that someone else had already taken my order, which I find highly unlikely since customers typically verify their names before collecting orders. The shop was not busy at the time, making this mix-up and the subsequent treatment unacceptable.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I believe that a business with a 4.0 rating should uphold better standards for customer service. I urge you to address the conduct of your staff and ensure that employees are properly trained to handle customers respectfully and efficiently.
