Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Rewriting my review since I think I accidentally deleted it. Been here twice. First time last year we said we wouldn’t go here again. Service was slow, pizza was bad and the water tasted funny. We went again tonight totally forgetting that it was the place we said we wouldn’t go to again. This time we ordered food instead of pizza. Again, slow service (we kept having to get the waiters attention), food was bad and the water tasted funny. What’s up with the water? They brought out the wrong plate for hubby. He ordered a meat calzones and he gets some type of vegetable calzones. They bring me my four cheese ravioli. As I’m eating it, I’m thinking it taste funny. Look on the menu to double check what I ordered. Asked the waiter while someone else who works there was standing there and was told it was eggplant. There was something else in there and I couldn’t tell what it was and it definitely didn’t look like eggplant. They offered to make a new one but at that point I was ready to go and my stomach was feeling queasy. In addition I had to ask for my soup. They forgot to bring it out and it was could. Not impressed at all with the taste of the Gouda soup. Also, another adult in our group also thinks she was also given eggplant ravioli and that’s not what she ordered. I ordered a pizza and they missed up my order and made my pizza wrong when I called back I talk to Jacob first who is the assistant manager he had an attitude and a smart mouth so I ask to speak to the general manager because I didn't want to deal with him Jacob. Then I spoke with the general manager who was worse told her they made my pizza wrong she was very rude with an attitude and said she could not do anything about it because I didn't have video or picture evidence of the pizza I ordered they made wrong didn't want to remake the pizza or offer a refund. It was their fault and the general manager acted like I made a mistake didn't even said sorry or anything for making the pizza wrong all I got from her was a nasty attitude and hung up on for their mistake. I used to come to ledos every week because i liked the place. I used to spend 20 dollars a week, 80 dollars a month at this place in springfield. Im going to cut back or stop going all together for the way they do not listen to my Complaint. I said it multiple times to get them to address this issue. Its like i have to fight to get Adequate blue cheese dressing on my salad. It pisses me off. First the salad is 6 dollars by itself which is pretty Expensive. But im not mad at that. The salad is really huge and in order to truly enjoy it, you must put the right amount of dressing on it. The chef doesnt even full the cup up half way. And the cup itself is small. This annoys me because it ruins my dining experience becaause i cant really enjoy the salad which messes up the whole meal.its Embarrassing to have to keep asking for more salad dressing. Put enough salad dressing on the salad to make it enjoyable. Its like eating A bunch of leaves in a bowl with no flavor. The salad is Expensive enough so make my dining experience enjoyable.
