Frank's At Brambleton — Restaurant in Virginia

I like Frank's a lot. A clean place to eat. Never had to wait very long on the food even if they are busy. Staff is always nice to me and my family. If I have an issue they do everything they can to make me feel appreciated. Food is consistent. Always get what I expect. Before you order the other guy's pizza, I suggest giving the pizza at Frank's a try because it is so much better and always fresh. My kids are picky about pizza but they always eat Frank's. Subs are great too. My favorites are the meatball, steak, and turkey. Can not go wrong if you like subs. The tuna salad is a great choice too. My wife gets one almost every time we go. Baked spaghetti is very tasty but sometimes I have to ask for extra sauce. Maybe it's just me though, I like a lot of sauce. Other pasta dishes are good as well I am just a spaghetti man. Let me be clear, quality of food is really good. If I could give a separate 5-star rating for that I would. What’s 1 star is the fact that you will end up 40-50% more than what their online prices show. We ordered take out based on the menus found on Google and several other places. We were not so pleasantly surprised to discover that their prices are completely wrong. When I asked about this at the counter she said, “yeah, our menus online are old.” No apology. No care that our bill was now 45% higher than what we planned on paying. (Yup, that high.) Just dismissive. I paid and went on with our evening but this is poor business because a.) you can’t update your menu online in 2022…yikes and b.) not to care at all how this effects your customer. love franks on brambleton! their mozzarella sticks are to die for. but what i love even more about the amazing food is the amazing service and staff. they make everyone feel like family! i’ve been going there for most of my life. employees have come and gone but i have never met a waitress or cashier as incredible as hannah! she’s the blonde one. she is kind, attentive, and gives the best service of anywhere i’ve ever eaten! she always takes a few moments to chat with me even when she’s busy! she is always sweet and energetic, something that is sometimes rare in the food industry. i will probably cry if she ever leaves there. the owner is also one of the kindest ladies i’ve ever met, saint like even. you won’t regret giving your business to these...
