We picked up food for carry out, this place is not a fast food joint but in fact a fast casual dining establishment. We tried it once as dine in and had a good experience and decided to order Cary out today. We were in our office and requested for extra ketchup and napkins to be placed in the bag and I added 15% tip charges to my order to ensure that the staff will pay additional attention to my order. We received the food and no ketchup and napkins were in the bag, although is a small thing but when you are in office then it becomes very important.

I Called the restaurant and employees said sorry that cook forgot to put the condiments in the bag. I ask for Manager or owner, he stated, they are not working today and hanged up the phone. I called back and another employee answered the phone and said that owner and manager are here. I asked to speak with the owner. She was initially very reluctant first and after numerous time of insisting she let me speak with the owner. I never asked or wanted a concession or discount, however, I felt that employees are lying and owner must know. Owner gave me the reasons that due to safety they do not place condiments and napkins in the bag. The owner continue in the manners of his staff and when he mentioned that I call him to get something and what do I want. This time I was upset. I suggested him to place a individually wrapped fork and napkins in all carry out orders and ketchup is no issue, since already in the plastic pouches. He gave me another reason not to return. Food was good and this review only reflects on the service, employee lying and giving run around for a simple issue, it could have been handled with a simple acknowledgment.

To the owner, it is your business and you run the way you please. Business is built with one guest, one check, one lead at a time on daily basis. Do not want any...

I ordered online here for the first time today. I got the chicken burger and sweet potato fries. When I walked in, I saw the sign to pick up orders so I walked straight over there. No one was at the pick up counter so I waited near the soda machine, where a gentleman was also waiting. I was expecting my order to come up to the counter but it didn’t.

The guy next to me was also waiting for his order to come to the counter. No one addressed either of us. The lady working the register and bar never acknowledged me at all. Now this isn’t a big place and it wasn’t very busy, so there’s no reason why she couldn’t have asked me if I ordered or was being helped.

Finally the guy next to me flagged her down and explained he was waiting for his online order. She grabbed a bag from the back. So I walked up and said “I ordered online too.” She said “you have to let us know you’re here” and I said, “Well I expected the food to come up to the counter.” She said, “But then it would get cold”.

Maybe I should’ve checked in with her, but I’m new to this place. She works there and saw me walk in and go wait. She should’ve asked me if I’m waiting on an order, especially when there’s not a dedicated person at the pick up counter. That’s just standard customer service. And clearly I’m not the only one who thought this because that other guy was waiting too.

Outside of that, the chicken burger was good. Well seasoned and good flavor. The sweet potato fries were good but definitely needed salt. They didn’t taste like they were salted at all.

The decor is fun and cute. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy.

I may be back to try...

Since my first visit, I have tried this place two more times. The wings were good the first two times, but the burgers always gave me the ick. The second burger I had gave me diarrhea. I don’t know how people eat the food tbh. Anyway, since the wings were good the first two times figured I would get them again today. WRONG IDEA. the wings weren’t cooked fresh like they were the first two times. They were obviously reheated. The meat wasn’t juicy; it was sticking to the bones. The meat was crunchy (FYI: meat shouldn’t be crunchy). So now, I lowered to one star and once I return tomorrow to get my money back for these wings I’ll just skip this place from now on.

Took away two stars: 1, it took forever to get service. It didn’t appear to be self serve or self order but I guess they decided they didn’t feel like checking if customers were waiting to order. Easily stood there 5-7 mins waiting for someone to decide to take my order. 2, I. Did. NOT. Ask. For. Cheese. People think all Americans want cheese on everything. I don’t. I ordered a “custom” burger. Told the guy onions, pickles, and bacon. Why was my burger loaded with yellow cheese? I didn’t even finish the burger. I threw half away because the cheese was too much. Next time if you’re not sure whether or not someone wants cheese on a customer burger and they don’t say “cheese”, ASK. DON’T assume. Yick. the burger also tasted funny. I guess it’s the seasoning used but I wasn’t a fan....

Great place to go for a gluten-free burger. there are a lot of burger options, and some of them would not be gluten-free even if you got the bun, but even the hangry burger is going to hit the spot. When you walk in, the cashier is to the right. lots of cool art to look at while you're in line, but you won't have to wait too long because they are so good at taking orders and helping people through the menu. 2 single person bathrooms, one arcade machine, and a normal amount of seats for a small burger place. Cokes from the fountain and a bar for drinks. It sort of serves a lot of different needs, depending on how you want your time to go. Every time I've gone there are families and people of all ages and everyone is happy. After you order you will be given a number and then your number will be called or shown on a digital sign on the back wall near the kitchen. There's a little wait (it's not fast food) but it's reasonable and you'll fall in love with what you get so it doesn't matter. When you go to pick up your food and drink, the condiments are near the soda fountain. Don't skip the fries!! in fact this might be a place to go when you're craving fries. EDITED after comment: Thanks for letting me know! I must have missed that on the menu. Excited to try more of the shakes! Original: Boozy shakes are more varied than normal shake selections which is a little disappointing. Why can't we have the orange creamsicle without booze in it?

Needed to grab a bite while I was in the Springfield Mall area, and found Hangry Burger. OMG, let me tell you about this wonderful, delicious, amazingly tasty burger that I just devoured. This place is wonderful, and right in Springfield, VA. The restaurant is small, but packs a huge punch in their service and food. I was greeted like family when I walked in the door. I told the lady at the register that this was my first time, and she gave me an overview of the menu and asked if I had any dietary restrictions. I told her that I did not and proceeded to order a few items. I 1000% recommend their Hangry Burger (either single or double) with cheese and French fries and a drink. They have Coke products which I loved! The meal took a few minutes to prepare which allowed me to view their gorgeous artwork and there is an arcade style video game of actual “Hangry Burger” like Donkey Kong replica game. The restrooms were clean, and very well stocked. The entire experience was I would rate 100/10, and I would recommend this restaurant on all levels from the food, service and overall value for the money I spent. If you happen to be in the area and need a great meal, please consider Hangry Burger, you will not regret it. Enjoy!

Slogan should be “Walk in, roll out”. Long review. Pictured is the Livid Lamb and their paper menu. The burger was incredibly well cooked but the selling point is the cheese. I knew it was some kind of goats cheese but holy smokes was it delicious. I even hate cucumbers but I wanted to experience the meal in its entirety and I wasn’t disappointed at all. They were taking pictures the day I arrived so it was a bit busy. I wasn’t expecting a bar style. Another burger I tried was the Seoul Mate. I can’t say I enjoyed it but I had to take it to go so I feel since it was wrapped and trapped the vapors that’s what made it messy. The kimchi was a little too “fresh” to me (it was too crunchy. Authentic kimchi is very soft) but the flavors were all there. It smelled spicy but wasn’t too bad. The fries are a big selling point. Fresh and thick. I’d love to see some crafted sauces. As an Amazon driver I need food prepped quickly and this place, being new, had a delay but nothing you can’t solve with a drink and good company. There’s also a loyalty card. 10 burgers nets you a free one. Absolutely recommend. Will return to make my way through the menu.
