Moo shu pork was accompanied by reheated store-bought mexican style tortillas (not joking).

Delivery guy yelled at me after ignoring the specific instructions I gave (door is in back of building, you have to drive around etc).

Lied to my face and told me he had been waiting 20 minutes and had called me many many times, and that he had been driving back and forth between the front and back of the building (my office faces the parking lot and he never came around back).

He called me exactly once (and I returned his phone call immediately and multiple times after missing it even though he didn't answer till the third time I tried calling him. I had to walk around to the front of the building because he wasn't answering, and I assumed he hadn't read the note (correctly). He then got in my face and told me that he was very busy and that he can't afford to wait and that i didn't answer my phone even though he had called tons of times and had been waiting 20 minutes.

Please note that in ordering online, I had to put down the tip ahead of time: I tipped him $5 on a $13 dollar order.

I just looked at him and said: "No, you haven't been waiting 20 minutes. No, you didn't call me tons of times. You called me once. I called you three times and you didn't pick up till the third time. And don't worry, you won't have to worry about me disturbing you being busy any more because I won't be ordering from you anymore."

I could have forgiven the tortillas as the pork was ok; but delivery service like that is simply...

Edit 1/2024: The prices haven’t continued to go up and the quality has remained, so everything taken into consideration with inflation, etc I change back to 5 stars. It’s still a monthly go-to either direct or through Uber eats. Love the white meat option for General Tso’s and their fried rice is consistently good. Portions have returned to their original (good) size. Please don’t make me have to pay $30 per person for takeout in the future though! Yet another update 8/8/22: The prices have shot up about 40% in the last couple of months. 2 orders of general Tso’s chicken with white meat ($3 upcharge) and fried rice ($2 upcharge) now costs $42 before tax/delivery/fees/tip!!! Out of control for chicken and rice. The food is good but the ridiculous increases in price make this a 3* option. EDIT: in the last couple months they have decreased their quantity of food and containers. The previous 5 star review took into account the amount of chicken and rice received. Until they bring back the original amount of food it’s a 2 star. Especially annoying since we pay extra for fried rice and white meat chicken. Edit 5/8/22: food is back to original quantity and is delicious. This has become our go-to Uber eats guilty pleasure. It’s pricy via Uber eats but worth it since we stretch it to make multiple meals.
