I don’t know why the review requires at least one star. Why not negative star.?? People works there very bad. I was there on September 21st . My order #80. After I ordered my food I was waiting and watching them cooking. The girls were working in the front they were basically doing everything like taking customer, cleaning surfaces and cooking. I mean touching everything with their hand When there were nothing to do standing there putting their hands on their hip, touching cloths, some time scratching head. After all these they touch the naan bread Dough without cleaning their hand or using gloves . It was very disgusting. When I was getting my order I said I don’t want the naan because they were touching dough without cleaning their hand one of the guy from their got mad on me while he was doing the same thing. He was pointing his eyes with two fingers and pointing at me saying did you see that. And he said if you saw and didn’t like why didn’t you cancel the order and leave. He showed his anger and barking like dog at me and kept the naan. I couldn’t do anything I was in hurry and couldn’t make my 5yrs and 3yrs old kids cry. That was very extreme. I’ll never go back insha’Allah. At one point I thought of calling the health department after I came home. But my husband said leave it. I was their regular customer. My son only loves to go to Springfield mall so he can eat from grill kabob. That’s the only place we used to eat from whenever we go to the mall. But no more. It’s nasty. And they don’t even feel sorry for their mistake. In this COVID time every one is careful and try to be clean as much as possible. Even if it’s not COVID time whatever the crew was doing it was nasty. And whatever I saw it...
Read moreAs an Afghan, I am severely disappointed in this place. First, when going to order I see the cashier arguing with a 16 or 17 year old customer about sauce. That should've been the first sign, but foolishly I thought that it would be fine. After ordering and waiting 15 minutes for the food (second offence), they proceed to put my orders in plates instead of a to-go containers (third offence). I informed them that I wouldn't be eating at the mall and show them that my receipt says to-go. Instead of putting it in containers they proceed to wrap the plate in aluminum foil and give it to us. I was in a rush and didn't say anything, but when I got home I realized that they shorted us on chickpeas and didn't include any Nan/bread (final and biggest offence). Every kabob place whether Afghan, Pakistani, Iranian, etc. includes Nan. At this point I'm fuming and call them. After trying 3 times they finally answer and say that it happens and if I come back they'll give us Nan. If I'm spending $30 (2 meals) this shouldn't happen. Save yourself a headache and go to one of the many other Afghan Kabob restaurants within a 5...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I come eat here at least 2-4 times per week with my family. But today, this lady (from Philippines) topped it off. She refused to refill my soda. When they have ALWAYS refilled it by taking the top off. She stated that she can’t refill the soda bcuz they don’t do it and I would have to buy a new one. She even fought verbally in front of me with other 3 customers about refusing to refill their sodas. I understand she’s a new staff member, but you can’t be screaming at customers rudely. I really have to rethink about ever coming back here. On top of everything, she threatened to call the security and did so by picking up her phone in front of all the customer. And obviously security decided not to come since she...
