I have mixed emotions about this location sometimes the staff is cordial other times they are just nasty. There is a specific lady (older then the others with darker hair) who is just outright prejudice. She is the kind of person that spreads the poison we see in the world today. She makes it her business not to greet African Americans. She also practically snaps at you when she speaks. Being originally from NYC, we love Jersey Mike's Subs, and appreciate the genuine customer kindness when we have gone to other locations there and all around, however this location and the type of attitude displayed is not good in life much less for any business. Take your personal hatred to a therapist to get help. There is no place for it in this world! The second issue with this location that may stem from the first, is that I've been charged different prices and ALWAYS get the same sandwich. That will be reported to corporate. The corporate office need to inform their staff that the word is larger then their back yard, so fix yourself because the prejudice is YOUR problem. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there are a FEW that are nice. That is always pleasant when your having lunch somewhere. As the Bible tells us...You reap what you sow in life. Acts 10:34 shows us that God is not partial, but he accepts those who do what is right. Many people will stop coming to this location if some of the staffs attitudes...
Read moreI enjoy the sandwiches, but today was disappointing. I order and the guy pulls out a scab of roast beef about a half an inch thick and shears off these little pieces, probably about half what’s normal, chucks and chucks the dab in the trash. I figure he’s gonna pull out a fresh roast beef to make up the difference. That did t happen. I say politely, there’s not much roast beef on the sandwich. There’s usually more. He’s like what sandwich? And pushes the “the sandwich” down the line and walks away. The sandwiches are not inexpensive and of course they prompt you with how much of a tip to leave before purchasing. Anyway, I didn’t want to get into childish games of “what sandwich” and just walked out the door. It’s not the first time I’ve caught this kind of vibe and I don’t leave reviews often, but was looking forward to a good sandwich and thought mgmt might want to be aware. The sandwiches are good most of the time. Though the tuna can have more on it too. It disappears...
Read moreI visited this location on 7/9 around 7pm and witnessed something very... uhh, interesting. A customer was having a bit of a fit over wanting extra bacon but not wanting to pay for extra bacon, or something like that. She got quite the condescending attitude with the employees, and stormed off, still complaining, talking about how she was going to call corporate (because they wouldn't give her free food? Idk). The employees who were helping her, Max (at the register) and Jeremiah (making sandwiches) not only treated her kindly and with respect while she was berating them for doing their job, but they greeted the next customer (me) with a smile and great customer service. It's hard to keep your composure when a customer gets like that, and in my opinion, to not let it leech over into a bad experience for the next customer is top quality service. Max and Jeremiah kept a smile the entire time and I think that kind of composure and service should be recognized!...
