There’s a list. 1)The employee will regularly leave their coworkers to go eat when there are still customers in line. I’ve watched PAYING CUSTOMERS walk out of the line because the staff can’t keep up with orders. 2)I ordered a tuna sandwich from them recently(12/21/23) and I have been throwing up since 9:30 this morning(12/22/23). I have had to call out of work and won’t be returning to work until after the holidays. I was just informed by a coworker and employee of the establishment that the tuna had been sitting for about 3weeks. 3)I have been double charged on a regular basis because the person behind the register will charge 2 regulars instead of voiding the transactions in general.

I’m disappointed and disgusted by this experience and establishment and will NOT be returning for food. As an employee of Dulles airport I hope that I can trust the food I’m being served as I the only other choose is to bring...

Very disappointing experience. I waited in line for about ten minutes before they took my order and before I knew it I was directed over to the cashier without being asked if I wanted anything on it. When I realized I didn't get a chance to add toppings I asked the person behind the counter if we could add lettuce to my sandwich. They indicated they would but when I received my sandwich, nope, no lettuce. I was also charged too much at the register. Apparently they started ringing up the order after mine. If youve ever seen the Soup Nazi episode of Seinfeld this is a dead ringer experience of that. The 3 employees working this location are loud, disrespectful, and rude. We also had to repeat our order several times over before they got it right then were asked to present two receipts before they would hand us our foot cause the receipt showing we had paid and a list of what we ordered was not enough and the lady literally refused to hand us our sandwich until we also presented a hand written sheet as well w only our sandwich description on it. Mind you this turned into a yelling match between employees across the dining area, absolutely insane. Will never...
