DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I wish this system had negative stars!! their customer service is absolutely disgraceful from a business standpoint. I made an order at 8:18 pm (as it appears on the receipt they gave us), then the delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I called them back and they had no idea what I was talking about, after 10 minutes of trying to explain to them what happened, they tell me that the driver is coming back and to give me him back the wrong order. As I am writing this review it is 10:12 pm and they have yet to bring the food back. Of course I called back and complained and all they can tell me is that the driver is still coming with the food. I cancelled the order and all they tell me is that we need to give him back the wrong order. As a military service member it is ridiculous that they want to give me two hour old food and nothing else in return. I WILL NEVER ORDER from here again. Thankfully there are plenty of other Chinese food options in the area. Finally got our food at 10:35...they still got it wrong, we were missing one rice box...unbelievable, . Three stars because I need to average the fantastic food with the terrible service. The food is tasty and always hot plus they don’t use MSG! But the waitstaff could not be more unprofessional. On several occasions my husband and I have dined here. It’s always staffed by the same two people: a guy and a gal, both appearing to be between 16 and 20. They seem to take turns who waits tables and who hangs out. The guy was sleeping in a booth on one of our visits. The gal had to wake him up because we arrived. I guess he figured he could sleep because no other customers were there (before we arrived). Both have been on their phones watching Asian television or holding conversations EVERY time we have visited. We get one “how is everything?” visit from one of them and that’s it. If it weren’t for the complimentary hot tea (by request) and wonderfully delicious food (like the Dragon & Phoenix entree and pork fried rice), wed never go back. The service is...

This is my first time ordering from Jim’s Garden. I ordered their orange chicken and was disappointed. It lacked in certain flavors and the orange flavor was underwhelming despite there being actual orange slices IN the dish. It tasted extremely sweet and that seemed to encompass the entire dish and swamp over any other spices in it. I ended up not eating much and threw away 75% of the meal because it was unappealing to the point I did not want to finish or save leftovers. It was overall bland and was especially not worth my money since I paid nearly $20 for orange chicken, fried rice and 2 egg rolls (which I only ate one). I can not find myself ordering from here again. I will stick with ordering from China King until I find a restaurant that I find that...
