Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

I went to 5020 West Mercury Blvd Taco Bell in Newport News Virginia approximately around 12pm - 12:30pm Oct 10,2020 and I ordered 3 $5.00 Taco boxes and I was charged $17.99 and the sodas was included and when I pulled to drive though window to pay I was asked if I wanted 3 Pepsi with no ice and I said yes. She asked if I wanted sauce and I said yes Mild sauce please. She didn't give me any. They gave me my 3 Pepsi without ice and told me that the total will be $20.40. I asked how is that and she had a nasty attitude and hand me my 3 boxes of Tacos without a bag and the Tacos fell out of the box when I put them on the seat in the vehicle and she asked if everything was alright and I had to get out of my vehicle pick Tacos off the floor and she seen me picking Tacos off of the floor of my vehicle and didn't offer to remake my order. She was very unprofessional and didn't give me a receipt. If you're reading this review please carry your business else where. I don’t usually downgrade anybody for any reason if I do, that means that this store needs to do better first of all yesterday me and my wife and my kids were in there ordering their food. We’re sitting out here in the lobby eating my food. All I hear is staff the staff cussing in front of the customers and I see the staff on their cell phones not paying attention to the customer service and another thing we left because the staff was very unprofessional. As soon as we left, we left the cups in the table so I guess the manager wanna fuss me out and say you need to clean up the mess in front of My Wife and my kids now I done work there before and I got to be honest the environment sucks they don’t teach you much but they give a nasty attitude with you when you don’t get it the first time at the end of the day as a black man myself, I have to say somebody’s black women in this Taco Bell are disgrace to their own race. I went through your drive thru last night and was met with the rudest service I have ever encountered. I told the girl I had a mobile order under my name and all I heard was mhm. I repeated myself, to give her a chance to give me another answer. Same answer. Mhm. So I confirmed the address that I ordered from just to make sure I was at the right one. She said yes, but I don't have that order. So i said yes, that address is where i ordered from on the app. And a long pause. So i said should I just pull forward? She sighed and was like Yeah pull forward. So i pulled forward and got to the window. She said what's your drink? No pleasantries or nothing. I told her the cherry freeze, and it ran out halfway so she comes back and says what other flavor you want on top? Again, no sorry or nothing. I tell her.
