Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Virginia

I've been to this location before first time I've been to the location they were fine and they were open by 6am . Second time I went the server gave less than a spoon full of egg and hesitated to wait on me. This is the last time that I'm going to go to this location. This time I get there and the lady tells me they don't open until 6:30 a.m. which is inconvenient for me especially since I know previously I went and they were open early then that. Also the fact that she wanted to laugh about it really felt unprofessional. Any listen to say I checked the website The website does say 24 hours I don't know how accurate that is but I do know previously when I've been there they will open by 6:00. Anyhow I didn't make an issue about it I just went and grabbed me some fruit and want to check out. When I went to leave I noticed another gentleman getting the same treatment. Both of us are of the same ethnicity. I told him 6: 30am as well and he said that when he first came earlier they told him 6:00 am. That he proceeded to tell them that he only went what they already had ready and available to eat can they just go ahead and check him out. First they turn their backs on him and appeared to ignore him then after a few brief moments they served him. I Definitely feel like there's some discrimination there. And wanted to leave this review. I myself do not intend to go back to a facility that doesn't want to serve me or respect me as a customer. But I refuse to let...

I just visited this location to get lunch and they had a sign posted out front for 2 shrimp tacos and a large drink for $6. I placed my order and got my drink and had to stand in a long line for the 7-11 cashier cause during lunch rush there was only one cashier working! I was in line for 10 minutes of my lunch break and got up to pay and the total was $6.89! I was shocked at the price and I'm thinking I know tax isn't that much! Come to find out, she charged me extra for the cheese and sour cream without ever telling me that it was extra money for those items! Of course I'm trying to tell the cashier this and he doesn't understand or speak English, and then I go back to let the woman know that she needs to let customers know when certain items are extra when they ask for them and she had no idea what I was saying either! I'll never be back to this location...

Usually great food and fast service at an amazing price. Lately, cold food and exceptionally SLOW service. They seem incredibly understaffed from the construction crews next door coming in. They're always are out of ingredients; one time it was fajita chicken, this time it was refried beans. I just got back from Laredo; I ordered a taco and a fajita bowl. Ordered at 12:03, I didn't get my food until 12:33. When I got back to my office which is 5 minutes away, everything was COLD. I have been going since they opened and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt the last few times. Today was the last straw, this place really does suck now.
