I went back a second time and was utterly disappointed. I guess the service went downhill. We ordered a meal for dine in but they packed it to go. Not a big deal. We paid for the ordet and sat down. I had to ask for plates and utensils. You would think they would include that but ok, maybe they forgot. My son accidentilly spilled one of the sides on the floor (rice) becuase it slipped in his hand getting put of the bag. Naturally I was, ugh. They came out and swept it up, but I asked for another order of rice. They charged me for it. Its been a long while since I had any lind of mishap like this going out for food. While its not a rule to replace a customers spill, it would have been a very nice customer service gesture. Maybe Im naive to think customer service is inherent in service businesses. When I finally got home, i noticed my reciept amd they charged me for water. I asked for water from the dispenser and not a bottle. I did not realize that water was no longer complimentary. I ended up paying and extra $6 for this meal and while its a small.amount, I felt like this retuarant was trying to nickel and dime me I will never come here again. And to think that I was going to use this place to cater a couple small family dinners later this week. Well, while Im just a single customer and most likely insignificant on thier books, I will never return here again. My word of advice, double check...
Read moreToday was my first visit since the the pandemic started. Unfortunately, it was not as good as I recall. This was my favorite spot and I always loved the fries. Sadly today did not reflect that. The yucca was cold and did not taste fresh; it tasted more like it had been sitting for a while. The chicken was good, but not as juicy as always and I was very sad to hear they no longer do mashed potatoes. I loved the mash here as it was perfect.
The one thing I was not happy about was the Churros. I tried their Churros, but the only thing that had flavor was the caramel sauce. Just plain dough with the sauce. Didn't taste like churros. Just dough with caramels. I love churros so this broke my heart.
I hope they get back to where they were pre-covid times as I loved this place and it was my fav. I'll stick to Tysons or Falls church location for now as they are very consistent with their food.
One thing I do love is the rewards program that is implemented. I am very excited about that as I would go almost daily at one point to get the yummy chicken.
I'll probably try again in a few months, when things are better. I hope they didn't discontinue the mash potatoes as that was...

This restaurant has always messed up my order and have been so disrespectful towards me but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt and came here all the time since the location was close to me. I have passed along the message to the owner, which the Tyson’s location manager was so kind to help me with. This location is not recommended at all. Should try Tyson...
