Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Went in tonight 5/19/25 for spirit night for the high school and WOW this place is an absolute joke! Once I was inside and greeted by a young gentleman at the register I asked him if there were any specials. He tells me about the pretzel crust pizza for $6.99 to which I tell him yes I’d like that one and pointed to it but said ONLY with cheese. I also ordered another pizza with cheese, ground beef and pineapple because we don’t eat pork products due to religious convictions. We were originally quoted 10-15 minutes to which we were there waiting almost 30. When we finally got the order placed on the counter my husband noticed it said “Rachel” and pepp on one of the pizzas… I am not Rachel, nor do I eat pork so this was not our pizza. I leave him to handle it as I headed out the door to get our newborn strapped in his car seat. When my husband comes to the car, he has no food and explains the manager LIED saying I ordered the pretzel crust exactly as it was displayed on the signage rather than owning the outcome of his making a simple mistake. My husband even explained our religious convictions and that we haven’t consumed pork in many years and for sure wouldn’t have ordered that (hence why the other pizza had GROUND BEEF, rather than pork 🤨) but he continued to argue so a refund was requested and given. I see what the other negative reviews are talking about with bad attitude teenagers running the place into the ground and could care less. I like their DTW style pizza ok, but the management of the Culpeper store is sorely lacking. EXAMPLE: I walk into the Culpeper store at 1:52, hold the door for an elderly gentleman who proceeds me to the counter. He completes his order and pays. I advance to the counter and am greeted by an older man working the register. I am pretty sure from previous visits that he is the store manager. I order the lunch special (which is sold until 2pm) and he says, "Oh I am sorry that man's is the last lunch order, we don't sell the special after 2pm." I look at my phone and the time is 1:59pm and literally just clicks to 2pm as I am checking it. I have already been in the store waiting in the line for over 8 minutes, well before the deadline. Wow, what great customer service, NOT. I shake my head in disbelief, I turn around and walk out. Very, very poor management. I get it, your store your rules. Well, my money, my choice... I will NOT be shopping in this...

I went in at 5:45 pm on a Monday evening during the "hot and ready hours" and wanted to order an ultimate supreme and a pepperoni off of the hot and ready menu and was informed that they don't do supreme as a hot and ready even though it is on their sign as a hot and ready menu option... When I commented that it should be removed from their hot and ready menu if they are not going to offer it, I was told, " I don't make the menu" by the cashier...
