AMAZING food. I eat there frequently, one could go as far to say "too often". The food can be pricey, but there are always deals and coupons available and if properly utilized the meal can drop in price. During lunch you can get these HUGE New York style slices and a drink for a little over $5. You can also get a large cheese Monday through Thursday for ONLY 8.99 when you pick it up or dine in! When you factor in that a large at Manhattan Pizza is bigger than Pizza Hut or Dominos then it really turns into a great deal!
Even though it's a pizza restaurant, they offer tons of other foods. There are pastas, huge salads, wings, and some of the best subs I've ever had from a fast food joint. The steak and cheese (although a little too thinly sliced for a Philadelphia) blew me out of the water. This restaurant really surprised me with its variety. I've been going there regularly for over a year and haven't tried everything yet!
The environment is very welcoming. There almost no lines and plenty of room to sit and have a meal with friends. They're almost always playing some classic 80s jams. There are two tvs that are always playing sports or news but they're always happy to change it if you ask. For some reason, on Sundays they alarmist always play a movie on one of the screens. In the front of the eating area there's a huge window that makes the place glow with a nice natural light during the day. It's always nice to avoid some of those harsh artificial lights!
There's a large parking lot, but it almost constantly full of people which makes driving there tricky. However, their delivery is always fast and reliable. The typical time is within 40 minutes, but on a Friday night it can get up to an hour, so keep it in mind. However, ordering on a weekday or a non-busy time can get you a pizza in under 30 minutes. They have a 6 mile delivery radius. That covers a good amount of route 7 and sterling even into Great Falls.

We called the phone number to the Herndon location and somehow were routed to the Sterling location because apparently the Herndon location is now closed - although the phone number and business itself STILL show open. We called in an order and asked for delivery, provided our address (that we know is within the range of the store we were calling Herndon as weâve had pizza deliveries before to our address), and were told the delivery would arrive within 40 minutes. Didnât think anything of it our order was processed and we just waited. About an hour later the driver called us and said we were not at our location in Sterling to which we said right.. we provided our address in Herndon. Gave the address and followed up with the store who said the driver will be here soon. Then we get a call almost two hours after we originally called our order in to be told we would be receiving a refund because we are out of the delivery zone. Staff and management were not helpful in the least and continued to offer a refund rather than addressing the actual issue at hand. We ordered delivery in the first place because both cars we own are in the shop and would have never predicted this circumstance.. we did the same thing we always do when ordering. Did no one want to mention to us we were out of the service area when we gave our address the first time?? Even after telling a manager all of these details we had to be extremely persistent and refuse to take their answers just to get our food because this clearly was not our error.    Read moreOn 2/7/21 I called the âManhattan Pizzaâ in Sterling, from the beginning of the conversation the customer service representative was rude and disrespectful. He acted as if he was bothered by us actually ordering pizza from this establishment. We still ended up ordering from this location even with the subpar customer service. Upon entering the Sterling location the same customer service representative continued his lack of enthusiasm and actually needed to be informed by me that I was standing there to pick up my order. When I got my order I noticed that the order was wrong after I already paid. I asked the customer service representative for a refund instead of having the order remade the customer service representative said that he would provide my refund. I am contacting you because I have not receive my refund yet. I have attempted to talk with the owner Sammy but for some reason he is never available. I was called by a young lady who works at the Sterling location who left me a voicemail message explaining that my refund would be processed in 2 to 3 business days which was on 2/8/21, I have not received my refund yet and it is 2/19/21.
