Ali. Or who ever the manager is that always wears the vest is terrible. I stood in line at the drive through my 8 year old and I just got back from a game. And it’s pretty late like 12:30am. My 1st question was if the guy knew why I could not order on my mobile app. I live across the street. I come here a lot. He said it’s broken however On the app It said the store was closed. Ok no problem. I ordered the food. Both windows were closed. There were only 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. When we got to the window to pay. My son said he wanted an order or fries. So I asked the manager who took my order if the fries were fresh. The last time I got some they were burnt.and very old. He got angry and said it did not matter they don’t sell old food also that if I wanted to add fries I needed to go around again and wait in line just to order a small fries. It’s getting late. I’m just trying to get my boy something to eat and go home. He has not even taken my money yet. And will not add the fries to the order. He said because of the questions I asked he will not help me now. Now I need to go around. Listen. I’m not one to argue let alone with someone working at this time. But this makes no sense. It’s not busy. And you have not even taken my money from me.
He made me feel like If I had not asked if it was fresh. He would have helped me. I even told him you are wasting time telling me this. You already told me you have fries just made. I mean what’s the harm in me asking if it’s fresh. He did not care. As a matter of fact. He brought back my money for the other food and told me to go around. I told him no way. I’m not moving. I’ve waited in line. You don’t want to add a small fries. No problem. That’s terrible customer service. And even tell me you would have helped me but because of asking if they’re fresh no you will not help. Excuse me. You are not paying for my meal, you work here and you chose to take the drive through orders. I did not ask you to do that. Nor I’m I asking you for any favors. In asking you to add the fries since both windows are closed and I had to come all the way around to order.
He said his last name is Ali. Ripped the bottom of the receipt to make sure I couldn’t get the code to leave a review mcdvoice. Well. I managed to get that code. And left him a review
This was the rudest person I have dealt with at any McDonalds. It’s very sad that people in customer service jobs can even act this way.. I mean what it happening to this country. He made sure to tell me his name is Ali. Last name. I will leave reviews everywhere this is unbelievable. It was not that busy and you all want people to beg to buy your food. This man will cost your company lots of customers.
The last time we went to eat there. I completely forgot about this until my son reminded me. There was a guy in there scraping table numbers off the table as we were eating on the table.i mean you could see like black stuff coming out less than a hands reach away while we were were all eating. He was working on all the tables. Then came to our table and started while we ate there The more I think of it. I’ll never go here again. I’ve had a horrible experience here.
Thanks...
Read moreEvery single time I have gone through the drive thru at this location, it has taken at least 20 minutes to complete the transaction. They have a sauce they're advertising on a poster at the drive through that says "Honey" sauce, but when you get to the window, no one knows what you're talking about. Anyhow, the most recent experience was a great example of poor customer service and why we won't be returning to this location. Waiting at the drive thru for almost half an hour like usual, the manager comes to the window where they give you your food and says that our (my husband and I's) nuggets aren't done yet and requests us to park nearby to wait. That's fine, as we do so without complaint. The manager comes out 5-10 minutes later to give us our food. We take it and get home to find that the bottom box in the bag was some nasty ass Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich, and not 20piece nuggets. That's not what we paid for or ordered. We go back to this McDonalds another day and ask for the manager; his employees had to yell for him and almost convince him to come up to the window, as I heard them yelling to him, "They want to talk to you!" countless times, as if he asked out of frustration and anger. After he was torn away from the slow work he wasn't helping with while in his office, he pretended he didn't understand what I said and said he couldn't write anything or give me a coupon for anything since he didn't have some kind of coupon book? I asked him if he could give us what we bought next time since we had already paid. He said yes and we left. Yesterday was the last day we visited this location; and we asked for the manager at the first pay window. He acted like he had no idea who we were after that whole ordeal and gave us HALF off our 20 piece nuggets that we were buying! He lied to our faces after he said he would take care of it! You would think how much revenue, McDonalds brings in, the manager wouldn't be so stingy and would apologize and provide what's necessary to remediate the situation! He acted so snide and unapologetic too. Needless to say, experiencing slow service, disrespect and a poor account of responsibilities; we won't...
Read moreI get off work late, made it to the McDonald’s by 11:45pm, had to sit for almost 5 minutes before finally someone answered me then promptly told me they were closed- I asked if I had it correct that they close at midnight- she said it is midnight, I said oh that’s weird my watch, phone, and car clock all say I got here at 11:45 and by the time I got to talk to someone it was still only 11:49 and she just told me to leave that they were closed. There was also 2 other cars behind me that I assume she turned down also. I understand real restaurants not wanting to seat people so close to closing, but my drive through order would’ve only taken 5 minutes tops and I still would’ve been gone before 12. Turning down orders out of pure laziness. I usually go to this one because it is closest to my house and on the way back from work after a long shift it’s just the easiest even though they always seem to mess up my orders I’ve always chalked it up to accidents or just them being busy, but now I see this McDonald’s is run by a manager with no work ethic. Absolutely terrible service...
