McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Rude and loud ! One lady out of the whole restaurant was nice. Don’t know her name she has red hair! She tried helping me out my order was taken all wrong when I get to the window to pay I told the lady that my order was wrong she told me to pull to the next window there would be a manger there to fix it . Get to second window lady with the red hair read me my order back i told her that was Not my order and that I needed to re order ! She smiles and says give me on sec and let me ask if I can take it right here .the lady turns around and begins to ask , she is she is immediately yelled at but they don’t have time for this and that if you don’t know your job and you shouldn’t be here, she proceeds to ask what should I do with the lady in the window who said it was all messed up the lady said give out the right orders then then she said I didn’t take the order so how can I give out the right order if the order was wrong to begin with lady rolled her eyes and just walked away. The lady with the red hair looked upset but said nothing she walked back to the window and asked for me to pull around and she would come out and get my order ! She was almost in tears. I told her that it was ok I would come in and use the kiosk. She apologize again and I pulled off . Pull around park in front walk inside kiosk my order pay with my credit card and wait ! I waited about over 40 min before I got tired of waiting! And ask the lady who I’m sure is manger in a purple button up shirt no name tag where was my order and how much longer would it be ! She huffed real hard and said give me a second please . Walks off and I can’t see who she is talking to but she aggressively tells them that they needed to get my order now and for them to pay attention to the front line and pack . 5 min later the lady with the red hair come around with my order . She proceeds to smile even though I can tell that she’s upset . Tells me she is sorry for any inconvenience and come back soon ! I laughed and said babe I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again If this is the service I get . She apologize again . I’ve been wanting to review this McDonald’s for a very long time. I have never been there where I have gotten hot fresh decent food. I wish I knew who owned that franchise so I could call them because it’s horrible. It is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to it’s sad because there’s not many choices up here at the crossroads, but that McDonald’s is horrible. In every way I have never reviewed a place this harshly or bad. Do not waste your money. it’s expensive to eat out nowadays I went there for a fish sandwich, small fry and a small specialty drink $13. The fish sandwich was crusted and hard all the way around. I said no cheese it had cheese And the drink was bitter, but that happens every time I go there which is less and less, but every once in a while, I think well maybe I’m craving some french fries from McDonald’s maybe they’ll be fresh and good maybe 20% of the time you’ll get fresh french fries don’t ever order a fish sandwich because that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for Probably 24 hours. Whoever owns that franchise you need to pay attention. The only reason you’re making money is because there’s not much to choose from around this small area once it builds up and there’s more choices you might as well close I’m sorry, but this is so harsh. Went there in the evening just to pick up a kids meal for my kid. I showed up at 8:13 and did not get to talk to somebody until 8:31. They were so short staff I think, since they had a sign up that they were closing at 9 due to such. It seemed like they were taking one person at a time then making the food and handing it to them before taking the next order. The person in front of us was yelling at them because her fries were cold and no sauce because she had sat there longer than I had. When it was our turn I noticed one employee so stressed he was about to cry. The black middle aged manager is screaming at him. She snatched the money out of my hand and handed me my kids meal. Well I checked it and it did not have sauce, and I ordered chicken which entitles me to one, or the apple slices I asked for. I ask for both when she hands me the drink. She throws the apples at me and yells,"the sauce is in the bag." I had already checked and it was not so I asked for it again and she yelled louder the same thing. So I showed her my empty box and said I want my sauce. She grunts and throws it at me. They have regularly had issues with staffing but I think this was the worst because of how the staff acted about it. The only reason I even still go there is because it's the only one for miles.
